We liked the location and the view. Internet was decent as well.

Coming there, especially as a tourist, with a car, is really a nightmare... finding a parking spot nearby seems impossible. We found one place far beyond even the roundabout but then needed that walk back 15 minutes by foot. There are some parking spots close to the locations, but only locals were allowed to park there (and the signs were in Greek only). So, as said, being in a foreign country, with foreign driving culture and foreign language makes this taks a bit more complicated ;-) If they could resolve that huge problem or simplify that for tourists "somehow", then it would be really a nice place to stay!

The Hotel location is fantastic, overlooking the sea and promenade as well as being in the Old Town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms have balconies and are spotless. The view from our bedroom was amazing, watching sunsets from it daily and waking up to it again in the morning was something else. We had a corner room which was very spacious with two balconies. We got clean towels daily and bedding was also changed daily. Also has a safe in the room and the lighting was good. The breakfast was basic but all you need. Yoghurt and cereal with fresh fruits, eggs, toast, cheeses etc.

Extremely comfortable bed, spacious and clean room and a small balcony with a table and chairs over the street. There is a small fridge in the room, and air-con. The breakfast was good, in a large and airy dining room. The hotel is right on the port, a great location.

The bathroom was a quite small, which is not a huge issue. The pedal bin wasn't great, the bin toppled when we tried to use it, so we had to use our hands to open it. Not great in a bathroom, but overall very small complaints.

Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. We had a side view room which had a small balcony and had a good view of the harbour and Bourtzi fortress. Hint: it's only EU5 return on the boat trip and you can stop, explore and return every half hour. Lovely room with all facilities and good breakfast included. Marble foyer and modern attached restaurant for afternoon relaxing and so many other good restaurants in the charming old town. My only gripe is that it's not recommended to drink the tap water in Napflio. They provide a fridge but no "welcome" water bottles for the thirsty travellers, even if you have to BYO later. Otherwise highly recommended, loved Napflio.

The mattress, the location, the staff, the room size, the breakfast

I'm not a big fan of small sinks, as the one in the room's bathroom, it's small in size and also quite shallow, my hands touch the bottom when I put them under the faucet. What else... I also don't like showers that rain from above (and it's the default setting for the shower) so i always had to switch to the hand shower by pulling the lever after switching it on. The room is a bit dark (it was one that faces the back street not the sea) but there is plenty of lighting and also a bit o shade is a godsend on heatwaves like the one we found in Greece during our stay. Anyway, everything is manageable, I had no major problems.

Good location next to Argolic Gulf shore with outdoor restaurants bordering the area and a view of Bourtzi Castle on a small island in the gulf 5 minutes away by ferry. Short walk to shops and town center. Nice breakfast....if you ask they make fresh eggs ( scrambled, fried) and bacon. Room was spacious enough and simply decorated. Staff was friendly.

The bed was like an army cot....low and hard. Parking was hit or miss.....street parking around the corner along a wall or several blocks away in a free lot that sometimes was quite full and sometimes had lots of spots.

The location is great - on the waterfront, but at the end of a row of hotels so it wasn't too noisy. All the staff were professional and polite and addressed my queries in a timely manner. Breakfast was good. I liked the fact that you could sit outside overlooking the harbour. The range of food was very good for vegetarians- bread, cheese, eggs, Greek yogurt, spanokopita etc. Although, it would have been nice to have the option of toast and toppings for the yogurt.

I found my room to be functional, but one of the bulbs in my bathroom had gone, paint was flaking away above the shower cubicle and the light switches were loose in their surroundings. Noa Verde restaurant is attached to the hotel. However, we only really used it for pre-dinner drinks. We ate elsewhere every evening as the menu was limited and uninspiring. For guests with mobility issues, please note, there is no step-free access to the hotel. There are no rooms on the ground floor and the lift is tiny (just enough room for one person and their luggage). Also, there are a couple of steps up to the buffet breakfast but there isn't a ramp.

The location is amazing, right at the promenade, and at the epicenter of all nice shops and cafes. The room was clean, and roomy enough for two people.

As much as I assume the sea view being amazing, but the room we had was a "city view" and I would just call it "a room with windows". We didn't stay long, so it didn't define our experience, but for the expectations management, I just wouldn't call any of the rooms facing a wall of the next building "a room with a view". Also the absense of parking on a busy can be an issue, although we got lucky with parking up the street as we traveled very much off season.

The photographs on the internet perfectly described what we witnessed upon arrival. Beautiful location, really handy for bars and restaurants. The hotel is a 3 star, but that did not diminish the quality we experienced. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. We paid for a sea view and I am so pleased we did, although our room on the first floor was right on top of the local bars, so it could get a little noisy at times. On Sunday motorbikes descend on the town and some parked up right outside the hotel so that was a bit of a nuisance. The resort is very popular with the Greek people, it is likely their destination for a day trip, which is to be expected and it was good to see so many people enjoy the scenery etc.

There was nothing much to dislike. The breakfast was OK, but somewhat formulaic. Perhaps have different egg dishes in the morning. It did not have a bread toasting machine, but that didn't bother us. It had a good coffee machine, which can often be a bit grim in smaller hotels. An improvement I would recommend is to put some way of drying bathroom towels. Hotels often ask you to re-use which I try to do. However, there was not good air circulation in the bathroom and this only had a small towel rail to try to dry them. Therefore, sadly, we had to have fresh ones each day.

Our balcony offered a beautiful view of the water. The location was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. We also couldn’t have asked for friendlier or more helpful staff.

Our room had “half-board” included. We have traveled extensively through Europe, including other parts of Greece, all across Canada, almost all of the 50 United States as well as Australia and New Zealand and never once have we heard this term. With many other details on my mind in planning this trip I failed to ask what it meant. At check-in we were told about all the amenities the hotel offered but it was not mentioned that lunch or dinner at the restaurant was included each day in our rate. As a result we missed out on two days of meals there. I felt some compensation should have been given but since none was offered we decided our stay was exceptional in every other way so we didn’t persuade it. Just be aware if you are paying for meals at the restaurant you should get them.
