I have visited this hotel how many times .there are many changes due to covid 19 ,  Half of the hotel is closed , instead of a reception that is only one small room , and the only place you can sit , for a while is the  restaurant . we stayed for two days , in a room in front of  the public pool .  And you had the bad luck of some ,  very noisy neighbors and users of the pool , during the whole day . This was added to a  power failure , with no backup generator.  Although,  I do have the best memories from my preview stays at this  Hotel I was so furious , that I wanted to leave . I must admit that the receptionist ,  was very helpful and polite and did the best to solve my problem ,  with a room change,  although she had no computer . this saved our weekend.  this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever been to worldwide although everything , there is aging  and old fashioned . But it is a true beauty ..... a top model ageing  beautifully. so you can forgive some disadvantages .

Room was deluxe, (802), amazing view. Huge room. Nicely finished. Hotel is aged, but like most things in Greece it could do with updating. Overall the Wi-Fi never worked but I came for a break, and the disconnect was welcomed. Staff superb, the elevators were a little sketchy. Loved the architecture and style of the place. Felt like we were in a James Bond movie. Loved it.

TV and Wi-Fi reception was poor. But it made for nice nights on the balcony watching the sun go down listening to the city.

Everything was wonderful. The suite; the view over Nafplio; the staff; the two swimming pools; the food. I was finding the weather too hot to sleep until arriving at the hotel. It seems cooler up here for some reason, but still plenty of sun on the balcony for sunbathing.

No WiFi - which forced us not to have our phones on, but also made it harder to communicate with family at home.

Excellent Location. Wonderful views of the bay and Bourtzi. Exceptionally friendly and helpful personnel. Free of charge Upgrade of room.

Slightly tired and some sections appear as though they have not been modernized for 20 years. Quite a few damages to concrete requiring repair. Problem with the internet. Jacuzzi plug defect.

amazing views, definitely best hotel in town. the views itself were a treat, we had an amazing view from breakfast. the staff was amazing and very accommodating. beds were so comfortable! I was shocked at how lovely the room was. we didn’t want to leave.

The bathroom had signs of black mould and some underneath the seat in the shower that the hotel seems to be battling with because of heat and bad ventilation.

All the items In our room were not functional, or too complicated to operate. Like the steam shower and too many light switches . WiFi was bad

Very nice comfortable rooms. 2 pools and a great view. The pool in the Villa area feels newer and has a better view.

I was disappointed that the WiFi wasn't working all weekend.. that was a real issue for us. Also for the rate I paid, I would expect conditioner in the bathroom.

The staff was excellent, very polite and willing to help us out. The location is marvellous, and the hotel is in a very good position. We will for sure consider visiting again. We had some small problems about maintenance stuff basically, but they fix it right away, they were willing to help us out, and I truly understand that they have just reopened after the pandemic and it’s totally natural that they may had one or two things off. I strongly recommend this establishment and everything was as it’s supposed to be when you visit such a type of hotel. Special thanks to the staff they made this visit, a trip to remember.
