The owner and staff were perfect!! We were asked what we wanted for breakfast (menu options given) and it was cooked to order and delivered promptly. The owner gave us valuable information/suggestions on transportation options (ATVs, ferries) and places to go on the island as well as making suggestions when he heard our ferry was cancelled due to weather. The location was perfect -- close to everything -- the port, restaurants, beach, ATV rentals, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had daily housekeeping.

We loved EVERYTHING! We had an upstairs room with a balcony and a table with 2 chairs. The room itself and the bathroom were VERY small but we had a closet and a safe as well as a small desk. Our two sons & their spouses, on the other hand, had very large bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. One of their rooms had an outdoor sitting area with a view of the walkway. It had seating for (I believe) 4 and a coffee table. The other son had a room with a patio and a clothes line for drying clothing and enough space to sit as well but had no view.

Hotel was in a great location. The owner was always at hand if needed. The breakfast facility was excellent and great value. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. Altogether this is an excellent hotel run by people who care.

Nothing really.

The owner/manager was so lovely and accommodating. Nothing was too much for him. Any questions about where to go and he’d have the answer. The hotel is LITERALLY next to the beachfront, not even 50 yards away. There are so many lovely restaurants on the beach front, the old town is only a 10/15 minutes walk.

Not very soundproof, I could hear laughter and celebrating at 3 am one evening. But that’s not biggie as I am a light sleeper anyway.

We concur with all the prior reviews. Immaculately clean, tastefully refurbished, perfect location. Nice comfortable beds. We booked a room that we knew didn't have a view but had a nice big balcony that was the perfect place to relax after a hard day of doing very little. Melos and all the team, perfect hosts. Your efforts don't go unnoticed. Do definitely recommend. Think that covers it all 😎

Didn't book for long enough

Everything was incredible from start to finish. The Staff and everything were incredible! AC machines and showers worked so well. Looks like brand new units.

The only comment I have is the paintings in the Suite rooms are a little scary. My brother said he couldn't sleep because one was staring at him. Also the light was flickering and scared him really bad. He has a crazy video. Mine wasn't as bad. But definitely, something to note.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It’s spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a large shower and twin sinks. There was a fridge and a dressing table area. Loved the outside patio. It’s less than a minute to the beach and a short walk to town. The breakfast was excellent. The staff members were just lovely!

The staff were lovely, and couldn’t be more helpful. we had a beautiful room with a sea view which was breathtaking. The balcony looked over the bay. The hotel is on the beach. The location was perfect and was a few minutes walk from the town centre with beautiful views along the way. Breakfast was very good and great value for money at €10. The waitress who made the breakfast was so nice and it’s the best made breakfast I have had anywhere. Manoles also offered to serve it on our balcony. The rooms have a fridge and Manoles gave us a bottle opener and two wine glasses. Books were available to read in several languages. The rooms were well cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels. It was very reasonably priced and we missed the first day by getting off the ferry on the wrong island, Manoles the owner would’t take the money and had it refunded to us through booking.com. we were to go to Santorini for a few days but stayed at this hotel for an extra two days instead. It was great.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Almost everything about this location is great. It is clean, friendly staff & owner who are extremely helpful for anything you might need, it is in a great location, prefect amenities one would need for a good stay in Naxos, great value. The breakfast on the balcony was very nice too everyday.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable. I think just a thicker mattress would solve the issue. Not a deal breaker but if you are a larger person, or have some special requirements for sleeping its worth noting. Shower area is very small. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker either.

Our deluxe room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were served breakfast on our patio, which was fresh and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, a stones throw from a magnificent beach and close proximity to Naxos Town with so many restaurants, bars, and shops to choose from.

Nicely renovated room, with a spacious shower, comfertable bed, closet space with built in light. Really liked the interior with marble flooring, walls and black detailing.The staff is very friendly and waited up for us when we arrived late due to our ferry running late. Nice breakfast which included gluten free toasts upon request. Overall very happy with the room and the lovely staff!
