Everything was great! The staff very kind and helpful with all sort of questions. The rooms and the facilities were of very high standards, peaceful and highly enjoyable for all clients. Kids have different attractions and areas to play. Spa facilities and staff very pleasant.

Like many holiday destinations the people getting up before 7am to reserve sun loungers. The hotel should stop them

Very nice gardens and pools, clean beach and water. Maintenance of the room, cleaning services during the stay, and daily towel change (personal in general, very professional). Good food, not so various, a day from another but plenty of choices. Clean restaurant and staff very prompt. Friendly with animals, plenty of cats leave in the resort, spatious terrace to enjoy the garden.

Soap residues in shower cabin from previous guests, shower cap not cleaned. Late daily cleaning of the room (around 13-14 PM ), considering we had a baby with us, the services always overlap the baby day sleep. Expensive coffee on the beach bar.

Very fruendly and welcoming staff. The room was big and comfortable. All new and clean. Very nice and big bathrooms.

The view from the room was literally ugly - dusty parking lot of another hotel. Be careful choosing “the new part” of the hotel. The old part is in a very nice garden. The picture on booking at the room description was from another room with individual pool. Meanwhile our penthouse bliss room could use tiny pool shared by ~10 rooms. Our private jacuzzi was nice, just full of sand from other people’s foot in the first evening. Next morning was cleaned.

The hotel was as advertised. The food was good, beach was nice, staff was excellent. The room was nice and so were the surroundings. Definately fair priced. The location is fantastic and there are loads of amazing places to visit within 30-40mins drive. The hotel also offers free parking for residents which is crucial in Parga.

Beware that Parga and Valtos beach are super crowded! We are talking about a lot of people! This is in no way a negative commment for teh hotel which we loved, but one should be aware about where they are going and how crowded it might be.

Fabulous setting in a wonderful location on Valtos beach. Accessibility to the beautiful town of Parga either via a steep walk for some exercise or by water taxi for €3. Separate 4 room buildings, 2 up, 2 down, in beautifully maintained gardens smelling of jasmine and lavender. Staff could not be nicer or more attentive. Seamless transfer from port or airport with a very professional driver. Huge selection for buffet breakfasts and dinners with separate restaurant for dinner if preferred.

We were a family of adults and would have liked if there were adult only swimming pool or dining options as this is a very family oriented hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic room, we were upgraded but only stayed one night unfortunately. Very very comfortable bed, great bathroom, very good hair dryer. Fantastic location on the beach front. Lots of pools. Beautiful gardens. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant area and bar along the beach front. Staff very helpful. Car parking under hotel. Rooms also have drying rack for washing which is very helpful when travelling. Parga was beautiful. Beach area has a little boat every half hour to town it only takes 15 minutes, such a lovely way to travel. Cool breeze and wonderful views. Only 3 euro per person.

Location is perfect! Straight on the beach! Great Resort! Definitely quite expensive in the high season. You must try their Club sandwich while laying on the beach! Tasty! Great place to spend weekend or vacation with the family! Parga old city and castle must see here. Sarakiniki beach ca. 25 min with the car. Parking available.

nothing to complain about

The room was exceptional. The resort was immersed in the green, flowers and olives. The staff was fantastic, very helpful. The facilities were almost new and in good condition. The sea and beach was clean and amazing.

I can't say that was something that I didn't liked but just a suggestion on the food variety, we was expecting to have more food varieties on a 5 star resort.

Location having a beach within a few yards of the hotel. The layout of the accommodation and attention to detail. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Car parking was easy.

Very little variety and choice of menu if staying a week. The area around sun beds on the beach had litter.
