Great host, gave us a lot of recommendations and he was very friendly through all our interactions. The place was new and very tidy (changing towels/cleaning daily) close to the city (5-7 minute walk) and it had parking which is a huge plus for Parga.

A few minor recommendations to make the stay perfect. The shower structure allowed the water to escape unless blocked by the towel. The air condition might not have been powerful enough for the size of the room and the property lights were on until 3am which was making it hard to sleep with open windows. Lastly, we frequently lost the WiFi signal but we had data so no issue there. These were minor nuances that did not impact our stay.

Rooms were great, location is just in the middle between the city center and Valtos beach so you are close to both (but not in any one of them). Best part was Akis the manager who gave us several terrific recommendations on where to eat, which beaches to go to, where to park for free and even where we should walk because we won’t find parking. Every recommendation was spot on. He also went out of his way to meet some special requests we had even though he didn’t have to.

Sometimes WiFi wasn’t terrific . Only felt it quite rarely and only when we tried to stream. Not a big deal and might be a matter of room location.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I must say everything was perfect. Akis (the owner) is funny, communicative, helpful. All the credits to him. I must say that if you plan to come by car in Parga, a thing that you want to avoid is having to find parking. Elia has its own private parking available at all times and this is a huge bonus. We had an amazing room, clean modern with stunning sea view and castle view. Everything in the hotel is new. Overall perfect and ideal place. If I come to Parga, I will come here again.

My stay at Elia Boutique Hotel was superb. The hotel was brand new and the interior design was fantastic. The rooms had an incredible view of the sea. The owner, Akis, was wonderful. He was very friendly, helpful and attentive. He made our stay totally memorable. The location was great since it was only a 5 minute walk from the city centre and a 10 minutes drive to some wonderful beaches. I highly recommend the hotel and I cannot wait to visit it again!

Nice modern rooms. Akis is an exceptional host. He suggested us a lot of restaurants, adventures and more for our stay. The rooms are in the central route with private parking (which is very important in Parga). You don't need the car when you are staying in Parga, but like wise it is very easy to take it and go for small trips if you are not spending the day there.

It was brand new and had modern decoration which we like tastefully done inside and out

Little too far out for the town and on a hill no pool or bar but talking to Akis the manager this is next on the list once this is done it would be great The kitchen could do with a toaster and there could also benefit from some drawers in the room

Fantastic location , host was super helpful and kind but left you alone too, the apartment was divine with superb views, short walk from the centre off the main road but accessible to all of Parga. Some may struggle with mobility but there are lots of taxis. Really clean and modern place.

No pool which we knew about but this would make it a 10/10

I loved everything everything about the property, the decor was so cute and pure together, definitely a romantic destination with a beautiful view from the balcony. Akis (the owner) was so helpful and we appreciated that a lot, he picked us up from the bus station, gave us loads of recommendations for beautiful restaurants,beaches and activities! And dropped us to our destination in parga on the way back and gave us directions for taxi ranks. Overall, the best service we’ve ever received!

Good location, close to city center but with parking spot and away from the heat and noise of restaurants and shops. Clean and new appliances, well maintained.

All was ok, but be ready of the nature noises. It is close to a bit of greenery where crickets party :)
