The service was amazing! I wanted a specific room close to the pool and Jenny and Panos did everything to get it for me. They helped us with everything we asked for and were kind and nice. When I return to Paros I will definitely go to this hotel, the pool is clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel is on the center of Naoussa and we didn't need a car. The vacation was accurate and the hotel is amazing

breakfast was great. large variety of hot and cold food. lovely pastries and fruit. location was great. 10 min walk to town centre. staff were extremely attentive and helpful. rooms were also a great size and bathrooms were lovely

the design of the hotel means the pool did not see too much sunlight throughout the day however this was not a major problem if you are sightseeing across the island during the days

Zefi Hotel & Suites is perfectly located, a short and easy 5 min walk to the centre of town/port. Our family room (sub basement) was perfect for us, had access to our own mini clothesline which helped with washing. The room interior was beautiful, newly renovated retaining traditional design/decor. Ample space with very comfortable bedding. We were also lucky to have a side door out of the property that faced the car park (we rented a car also). Staff were awesome, very helpful and attentive to our needs. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner (κυρία Zefi), who would have a chat with is each time we saw her from her balcony! The hotel has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, close to mini markets, supermarket and car/bike rentals. The buffet breakfast has great variety with a mixture of international and traditional foods. There is a wonderful taverna just down the road as you head towards town, extremely authentic family owned place with the amazing food, a must!! Thanks to Panagiotis for his help, and especially to the Jimmy for his beach recommendations (Monastiri Beach is THE place to be in Naoussa!!)

Pool was good, but you are better off at beaches in Greece anyway!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Zefi! Panos and team looked after us wonderfully so we decided to extend our stay in Naoussa. Great location, customer service and the in-house restaurant was also a treat after big days of exploring beaches and the terrain. Very warm and helpful. Beds were comfortable and spacious room which was on the poolside. We loved the pool and restaurant. Food was delicious and great service.

The location was excellent, a short walk to Naoussa center where all the restaurants are located and a short walk to the beach. The bartending staff were friendly, nice, and quick! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the morning and the breakfast that is provided was great. The cleaning staff were also very prompt and did a great job maintaining the rooms and the shared spaces. The laundry services were useful (cost was 10 euros per bag). We stayed in the superior room with jacuzzi which was nice to have our own private space to relax in at the end of the night.

It would be nice if each room had it's own iron and ironing board. That said, it wasn't that big of a deal since you could go to the front desk and request to borrow an iron for a few hours. I spent some time ironing all the clothes that we would need for the week so that we would only need to borrow it once.

We had the spa bath room and the room was incredible. the staff were super attentive, picking us up from the ferry port and helping with the luggage to the room. we were greeted with the friendliest welcome and taken to our room which exceeded our expectations. the pool area was clean and comfy. the only thing i would say is we stayed in october and the pool was very cool indeed. overall, an enjoyable experience with amazing staff in a beautiful location. would recommend to anyone and everyone.

only downside was a cold pool which might be great in the summer. but this did not take away from the staff, the hotel and location.

Everything set up close and convenient, reception, pool area and a lovely large room for breakfast, where you can sit inside or outside, exceptional breakfast and choices. Car park available if hiring, which reception sorted out very quick for us, we were also given an upgrade on the room we booked, which was beautiful, in a lovely location, only down fall was that there was very little room for clothes, the two bedside table’s were small for the room there was, larger with drawers would of been useful, just a small and short hanging space in a cupboard, which also contained a fridge, which was nice for water, so we did live out the suitcase for a lot of things, for a few days this was ok, but wouldn’t of liked it for a week. Zefi hotel and suites are situated in a quiet area, with easy walking to two nearby cafes and about 5 minutes into the main town, though pretty streets, where you have the choice of many beautiful restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and views of the harbour . The beach is also a short walk away.

Caveat-I would really like to have rated this property higher. There lots to like about Zefi which is in Naousa (north of the ferry port). The exterior is very stylish, especially around the pool area which is cozy and I found refreshing. The open bar area was very accommodating for refreshments & food. Staff there were outstanding. It’s a 10-15 walk downhill to the central waterfront or one of two beaches and upscale shopping/restaurants. Water transport to even more scenic beaches can be found there. Zefi s food was very good - breakfast buffet with lots of options. I paid a premium for a poolside room. It appears room layouts are very different throughout the hotel.

I downgraded ’value’. This was my most expensive stay (of 8) on a 7 week trip but my 5th favorite. My mai criticism is room quality. Conceptually the room was great but the finish work was terrible. Bathroom sink with stained sealant, all corners/frames not ‘finished’ (exposed paint layers, chips), poorly fitted doors/windows. I expected better for the price. Only with a room updating would I recommend the price. Around the pool I heard numerous complaints and saw several ‘room changes’. While the hotel pics are ‘accurate’ you need to look below the surface at room quality.

The hotel is cozy with great location. Breakfast is good, nice pool area. Ada and Dimitri at the bar were excellent in welcoming us to the hotel :)

We were put in a a very small room with no sun light (room 33) dark and depressing for the first 3 nights, anyone with breathing problems and allergies can get sick in there. Then I complained as the amount of money paid didn’t meet neither the room size nor the condition of the room. So they moved us on the same day to the second floor, room 45, beautiful room with a balcony, well ventilated and lots of daylight.

Great Hotel, everything was excellent, our room, all the staff, good food, nice bar and above all a great location. The fishing port just 10 minutes down the road is just amazing, loads of beautiful restaurants, fab food, great boutique shops, cool bars and great people, the absolute highlight of a Greek island Holiday
