The location is excellent - A few minutes walk to the quaint, lovely centre of Naoussa where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located but still far enough that it’s chill, quiet and not noisy. Also the sea only a few metres away! Very clean, air conditioned place with a small kitchenette available if you wish to cook. You also have a little balcony outside area which is great to relax after a long day sight seeing or at the beach. Supermarket and car/bike rental place a few mins walk away was very handy for us. The host was kind and helpful - she organised a transfer to collect us when we arrived and she provided good recommendations of beaches and things to see in Paros. They even left us with traditional Greek sweets and a lovely bottle of wine for our stay - Such a lovely touch!

Nothing - Everything was perfect

The location of the property is fantastic- it is just a 5 minute stroll to the center of Naousa. Nancy, the owner, was very helpful as well. She mapped out everything we could do and gave us the best local recommendations! The room was always made each morning and the stay was comfortable- good air conditioning for sunny Paros & a very fast and stable WiFi connection.

The toilet/shower in our room was not as per the pictures provided. The shower cubicle was very small & the entire space just didn’t feel clean overall. This was the biggest let down of the property which otherwise in our eyes was fantastic!

We came to Paros for a photoshoot and looked for a nice and quiet place for the whole crew to stay. We stumbled upon this place and booked for everyone. When we arrived we met Nancy the lovely owner and her wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and showed us the best places to go and to eat and even helped us with things we needed for the photoshoot like taxi transport service and more. The rooms were amazing, clean, quiet and the view is just incredible. The walk to Naoussa center is just a few minutes so if you are looking for a place to stay in Paros you just found it believe me. Everyone from our trip was sure that when we come back to Paros we will stay here again.

Nancy is an exceptional host. Not only did she welcome us warmly, but she also provided us with all the essential information about Paros in no time. Her knowledge of the island is impressive, and following her recommendations allowed us to have a perfect three-day stay. If we visit again, we will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Paros. Additionally, our room and the hotel overall were very well-maintained and clean. The location is ideal—right by the sea, away from the noise of the city center, yet only a 5-10 minute walk away. Since we rented a car, we were also able to visit more remote beaches. It was a fantastic experience.

Also Nancy provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered valuable insights, suggesting hidden gems and must-visit places that weren't on my original itinerary. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to explore the city like a local and discover some amazing places I wouldn't have found on my own. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness, warmest hospitality, and valuable recommendations. It truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The staff at Sea & Sun were absolutely amazing. So welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect, an easy 5min walk into the main town of Naousa! The room was spotless! Free coffee and water was so appreciated and the bed was super comfy. The highlight for me was there is a beautiful hidden rock pool just behind the hotel and it was not known to many tourists. I enjoyed a few days just swimming in the rock pools! Wifi was really stable, there is a safe in the room and my room had two patio/balcony areas for relaxing! Piperi beach was just a 2min walk away. Can not recommend Sea & Sun enough!

This place is perfect for a stay in Naousa. As you arrive you are greeted by the owner, Nancy who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Nancy provides her recommendations for sites, restaurants, and shopping around Paros. We had such a wonderful time and can’t thank Nancy and the staff enough. When I return to Paros one day I will undoubtedly stay here again. Also… location is perfect! Just a couple minute walk into the heart of Naousa.

Sea&Sun Paros is such a wonderful place to stay in Paros! The location is perfect by the sea and near the town of Naoussa (around 5min walk). At night we could hear the waves from the sea, it was so romantic. The staff and owner were super friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay! Rooms are comfortable, modern and clean! Thank you so much!

The hotel could change their small plastic bottles of shampoo and shower gel which are not very environmental friendly. Get bigger bottles which you can refill, it will reduce the usage of plastic… Small improvement… other than that it was perfect!!

My friend and I loved the sea view from the terrace. The room is quite spacious for 2 persons and all the luggage that doesn't block the way. The interior design is simple and cosy, and it felt like home. The host, Nancy, was very helpful, kind, and checked daily about our needs. She also gave us great tips for the best places around. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, yet close to Naoussa Town centre and not far from other beaches nearby. The bed is very comfy, and there's light switches above the bed for dimming and switching off the lights separately. I loved falling asleep with the sound of the waves crashing. Thank you, Nancy and Lucy, for making our stay feel like home, yet on vacation!

The toilet flushing noise was a bit loud for light sleepers like us, but it was a minor inconvenience. The beach is rocky and not safe for swimming, but good for a morning or evening stroll and catching a partial view of the gorgeous sunset.

The friendly welcome, Nancy spent a lot of time explaining the walks to the local and Naousa township restaurants and other places of interest to explore such as the boat ride to Monesteri and the bus to the hilltop village of Lefkes. The room was immaculate and tastefully furnished with all the amenities we needed. Nancy kindly added water and juice and coffee as well as delicious local biscuits and snacks.
