We expected amazing accommodation and high quality services as we are a fan of Nikki Beach, but it exceeded our expectations. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Christophe, George and the rest of the management team for their kind assistance all the time. The beach club is both nice for music party and leisure. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer an amazing atmosphere for dinner. The spa and massage were really relaxing. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes. And our kids really enjoyed the private pool of our Ultra suite and our happy family time together. We definitely recommend this resort either for family leisure or for friends group hang out together.

It became a tradition to start or end our summer holidays at Nikki Beach. We have been staying there 5 years in a row. This time we visited it with our newborn and our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good, better from the previous years. Perfect pool area.

Some practicalities really have to be fixed. Not all light switches were working in our room. One of the sinks' stopper was broken. Wifi in our room was not working for the first 2 days. Some Greek TV channels were not working at all (ERT).

Wonderful resort, perfect for a full vacation considering many destinations nearby to explore. The staff members were absolutely lovely and attentive. Our room was amazing, very clean and with a great view. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the pool was really nice. We were also really glad they have an electric car charging station. Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Everything. All of the staff members there were fantastic and always made us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast is insanely amazing. A true highlight. Special thank you to the amazing barista. She made the best coffees we have had in Greece so far. Extremely fresh juices every day and amazing selection of hot and cold breakfast foods. The rooms are fantastic. Cant fault them at all. Small hiccup with the air-conditioning not working but was immediately offered another room. It was truly a great experience all around and would 100% return for another stay. The pool and beach service is also beyond expectations. Ice cold water buckets as soon as you sit down and amazing food/drink service straight to you. The beds are beyond comfortable. Everything about the beds are 10/10.

Room service does cost an extra charge to order but food from the restaurant was great and generous servings as well. Just good to know there is a charge.

The resort is excellently located at the Porto Heli bay, which is a lovely location on each own. The surroundings were higly aesthetic making us feel tranquil and relaxed. The rooms are spacious and we must give extra points for the staff. They entered our room at least twice a day with fresh towels, replacing coffee shots and the mini bar and other mini treats which were very welcome. The breakfast was also great and all Covid restrictions were taken care of. A special reference to the Spa section: a must do. Finally, the surroundings at the pool were magnificent. Good music vibes, service and great coctails. We will certainly visit back!

Everting was amazing. The staff was very helpful and treat in an a wonderful way, and tried to make the stay the most perfect as possible. Breakfast was good, with variety of choices.

Only thing- WiFi was a bit weak in the rooms and some areas of the hotel. Everything else was totally great.

You have to pay extra at breakfast for certain plates, which was not the case in the previous years. Generally the breakfast had less options than it used to have before. Downgraded significantly, although still good enough.

The buffet in the evening is 40 Euro per person and 20 Euro for a child, which is reasonable for this level of hotel. However, beware that the waiter doesn't tell you that child is considered under 6 only!!!! Even though I asked for the price in advance and my kids were with me while doing so. In the end I paid 80 Euro for 2 cucumbers and glass of water and felt deceived.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos and it was very clean. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable as there are various things to do, and I personally recommend the spa because the hotel’s massage is very good. The service was very helpful and on standby 24/7.
