Small boutique and beautiful hotel, beautiful view great quiet pool. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable

We came straight from Athene airport after landing in the evening, so we arrived late (long driving) we felt that the lady that was waiting for us was annoyed from the fact we arrived late (22:00), and during our 4 days stay we felt that they are counting every single thing we ask for. During our last night there was no hot water in the shower, We were big group so if someone ask for extra coffee at breakfast we were requested to pay for it, although others didn’t order any coffee. Not that we wanted something for free but the overall feeling was that they are not service oriented as this type of hotel should be.

We have been regular guests at this hotel for years and spend some wonderful days here every September. We cannot praise enough how friendly and accommodating the entire team and the owner are. This hotel is perfect for those who want to take trips to the islands of Spetses or Hydra or simply want to enjoy a few days of peace and nature. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is varied and a great start to the day, and the option to enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel is definitely worth recommending. In the vicinity, there are also some romantic restaurants in Ermioni that are worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and amazingly quiet, which makes our stay pleasant every time. We look forward to being here year after year and can't wait to come back next September. Excellent location, close to the sea and within reasonable driving distance to Ermioni, Porto Heli and very close to the harbour to Hydra. The design of the hotel is modern with the appearance that everything is new, the infinity pool is a very good size for swimming and with plenty of space to rest in the sun. Extremely well-trained, friendly, and discreet staff, and at Concierge, Mery works wonders giving advice, guidance, and finding solutions for almost everything. Thank you, guys, for your good work and for making us feel at home there!

Everything was perfect.

Everything is clean and cosy. Nice view from the balcony to the pool and sea. Tasty breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is the best feature of the hotel. Perfecr temperature and so beautiful. Good wifi signal.

Just keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. It has some snacks and salads. The closest option though is just 5 min away by car.

Having been there for our 1st wedding anniversary, my wife and I had a great weekend, full of relaxing moments. The room was wonderful, the staff was polite and helpful, especially the manager, Mary, who tried to make all the best, in order for us to enjoy this weekend, tasty food and rich breakfast with home-made ingredients from chef Stelios. The resort is close to the sea, in a peaceful location, 10 minutes away from Ermioni, 2,30 hours away from Athens by car. Definitely a destination to visit again and again.

The pointer at Google Maps should show the main entrance, but it is technically difficult, since the road with the main entrance is gravel.

Beautiful property with the wonderful view of Hydra and Dokos, located in a quiet neighborhood of Thermisia. Manos and all of the staff were committed to answering all of our requests, and we felt like a family.

Staff was very nice, great breakfast with a large amount of choice and quality products, served directly at the table. The pool is great with a nice view on the sea, there are a lot of spots to rest on the terrace, sunbeds, sofas etc. The room was nice, with a direct access to outside and a comfortable bed. There is a beach accessible with a 2-minutes walk where you can find some underwater ruins

It is definitely better if you have a car when staying here as it is isolated (which is very enjoyable if you want to rest).

Great staff, wonderful property and well kept. Breakfast was also great!

The only thing I could complain a little about is the very bright “exit” sign in the bedroom. Way too bright but I like sleeping in pitch black so other people might not care.

During late September, the area is not very crowded, the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, beyond all expectations. The pool on the property was lovely and the whole place was very clean and had a wonderful calming atmosphere.

We couldn't have picked a better place for our vacation. Amazing, modern hotel with beautifully designed rooms, a beach just 50m from the hotel with sunbeds and a great pool area. The staff is amazing and made the stay perfect - very polite, friendly and super helpful. The daily breakfast offers a great variety from bread to eggs to fruits with yoghurt and fresh orange juice. I definitely recommend to stay here - thank you so much to the staff at 180 South Seaside Hotel for making our vacation so perfect.
