Absolutely amazing hotel. Travelled Crete and this was by far the most wonderful hotel we stayed in. Staff fantastic and so helpful. Was given an upgrade to a two storey villa with pool which was luxurious. Spotless rooms and surroundings. Pools, beach, spa fantastic. Selection of food in buffet was incredible.

Nothing. It is out on its own but you can visit sister hotel which is amazing too. This didn’t bother us though as too nice to leave.

Our only thing - except for breakfast there is a policy of no water in the hotel because they want to make you buy it, and in a very high price too. We thought this is really unlike the rest of the level there, especially given that we paid for half pension- so dinner also and they didn’t have free water even at the dinner table we feel like that’s really petty.

Very beautiful resort, with everything you need to relax, enjoy the stay and focus on your health… swimming pools, separate beach, spa, gym, great restaurants, etc etc etc. Also perfect spots for watching the sunset and sunrise.

The only thing I was a bit upset, is that for charging orders on the room, they didn’t accept my credit card just because I only have it virtual… even though we paid 11 nights with half pension in advance. This led us to paying drinks whenever we ordered something…

This is a great 5-star hotel on the beautiful beach of Panormos. The buildings, facilities, and rooms were new, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was always super helpful, consistently ensuring we had everything we needed. We arrived a bit early for check-in, but they welcomed us warmly and offered us breakfast for free, which was a delightful surprise. On the first day, they sent prosecco and fruits to our room. Throughout our stay, they frequently surprised us with small sweets or drinks, and gave us gifts on the last day. The food was amazing; all restaurants and bars offered great service and had great menus. You may want to visit their restaurants for the experience, but their breakfasts and dinners are top-notch! The beaches and the sea are ten out of ten! Floating breakfast, massage, and wine tasting are also must-try if you’re into them. Just choose this hotel and forget about trip planning; go and enjoy!

The food was so delicious that we were saddened when leaving.

We spent 4 nights at the Royal Blue and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The quality of the food, both at the breakfast/dinner buffet and in the pool/beach restaurants was very good. The pool and beach areas were fantastic. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The manager, Anastasia, was wonderful and Mr Vasilis, along with his team of hard-working friendly people on the beach, were amazing. They organised a beach party one evening and completely transformed the beach. It was a huge effort on their part, but the result was true magic. Thank you for a lovely holiday; we hope to be back one day...

This resort is fantastic, with incredible staff and stunning views. It’s conveniently located near their sister hotel, where you can enjoy the water park—perfect for families with kids. The private beach is perfect for spending a day relaxing.

The hotel room is somewhat dated, and all the pools are saltwater. We stayed in the royal suite, which featured a lovely large garden and a pool, but it was also salty. The main pool at the resort is saltwater as well. There isn't a dedicated kids' pool, so the jacuzzi, which has fresh water, became the kids' favorite spot.

Everything is extremely aesthetic - the whole resort is 100% what you see on the photos, and even better in really. Stunning views, friendly and kind stuff, bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and local lokum and olive oil (flight friendly!) as a thank you gift. Welcome glass of Prosecco. Guest relations remembered our room number throughout the whole stay. We were there for my fiancé's birthday, and hotel provided celebratory cake as well as recommended floating breakfast as surprise. It was worth, recommend it! Our stay felt really special!

A bit complicated check-in process, due to deposit - I didn't have a physical card and no cash with me, but they made it work with Apple Pay (even though the lady at the reception who made check out wasn't happy about it 😅). But if the hotel did let know in advance, the check-in/check out part could have been a bit smoother.

The resort was beautiful and in such a stunning location. The staff were very attentive and helpful when you needed anything. The pools, loungers and restaurants were spotlessly clean and the gym was brilliant. The outdoor gym was in a spectacular setting if you could handle the heat! We received a free room upgrade which was a lovely touch. The food was amazing and the sun set was beautiful..

The room was a little small for our family of 3 but the beds were so comfortable and we didn’t spend much time inside the room anyway. There wasn’t much to explore by foot near the hotel but we had a car and it was a great base to explore the rest of the island. Panormo was within 5ish mins drive and was a beautiful little harbour with nice shops and restaurants.

Beautiful and tranquil resort, perfect place for a relaxing vacation. They have very modern amenities and lovely and helpful staff. The food was also exceptional. We had a half board and both breakfast and dinner had a great variety and good quality food every day.

Our bathroom had some mold, but they did deep cleaning as soon as it was brought to their attention. Also be careful booking their airport transfer. Our airport transfer was 40 minutes late to take us to the airport. We barely made it on time.

The hotel is extremely well located and has all the facilities you can wish. Above all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed there for the third time and were never disappointed, we enjoy the quietness and the marvellous views, the attentive staff and the small extra’s (fruit and sweets in the room). Also the fitness program ( very nice lady as well) is of a high quality but is never disturbing for the guests who don’t want to participate.

The new parking arrangements! They have installed solar panels ( what we appreciate!) above the parking area, but the supporting beams are so close to each other that it is almost impossible to park!
