Really nice hotel for the price. Great location. Modern hotel just outside the old town walls, but very near to a gate, so we could walk to lovely resturaunts every night for dinner. Also near entrance to the moat walk around the city which we did most evenings. The staff in the hotel were fantastic, helpful and friendly, especially Chala in the bar/poolside cafe who was so lovely and helpful. The pool was perfect and a great facility to have also for lying in the sun. The bedrooms were great, with incredibly comfortable bed. The whole apartment was very sizeable and the living room, with the sofa beds was quite nice, not as good as the bedroom, but still quite comfortable. The balcony was very big. The man in the mini market attached to the hotel was also really nice and helpful.

Just maybe more comfortable beds in the living room.

the only thing was lack of facilities for a young family, there is a pool table and a under 5 play area but I was travelling with my 17 and 15 year old and it would’ve been good to have board games etc, also did not like the way some of your customers staying at hotel would put there towels out the night before to book there sun bed spot at the pool, I don’t think this should be allowed and their towel should be removed, it should be first come first serve.

A fabulous hotel with great facilities and value for money. The location was perfect for the old town and exploring further afield. The place was really friendly and the service and cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast was great with a wonderful choice and the service of staff and in particular Despina, was brilliant. Every morning was a pleasure. The pool bar was equally as good with a great menu and reasonable prices. Again Jonny looked after us all well and all the family loved the place. The shop attached was also great value and Janus was so helpful. All in all an excellent choice for value for money

The total price for the property for 6 nights, including breakfast for four people, was only £420. This is an excellent deal, considering the average price of similar hotels in Rhodes Town. The staff were very helpful and friendly during the breakfast service, and the food provided was very nice overall, offering a range of hot food, hot and cold drinks, desserts, snacks and fresh fruits. The facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool, which was very large. Plenty of lounge chairs were provided. The room was very clean, and overlooking the pool, with comfortable bedding and a kitchen area. The bathroom was very clean, with a range of shampoos and conditioners provided.

The first room that we were given was overlooking a busy road, and the noise from the cars and the motorcycles was quite annoying. However, we requested a room change, and the second room, overlooking the pool, was a lot more peaceful and quiet. It also seemed to have better furnishings. Also, make sure to avoid the minimarket downstairs, (it is connected to the property), as the products there are double or triple the price of a normal supermarket. Super Market Pappou (Πάππου - ΣΠΑΡ Ροδος) is a five minute walk away from the property, and is much more reasonably priced.

When we arrived, it seemed to us that the hotel was too small. However, after a couple of hours, we realized that the hotel was very cozy, all the facilities were conveniently located, the bartenders near the pool were cheerful and funny. All the guests were completely relaxed and polite. By the evening, we felt at home among the staff and guests of the hotel. The old town is located nearby, where we went to restaurants and shopping.

In the double bed, the 2 mattresses were constantly moving apart. So, I was constantly falling into the middle at night. It was funny, and we found a solution. :) We propped up the mattress with a nightstand.

The room was was very spacious with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the balcony was very long with fabulous views of the port we use to sit with a coffee and watch the cruise ships come in the morning about 7 o'clock, over all it was really nice room for the money The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful over all it was pleasant stay for two nights. Ps a 5 minute walk to the old town with plenty of shops bars and restaurants, the hotel even had its own supermarket

The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice cereals pasties bread yoghurt and cakes but the English breakfast was luke warm, The pool area could do with a update

The location of the property was perfect. Not even a 5 minute walk into the old town and a 20 minute walk to the new town. The location is really what made this holiday. Not to mention, you’re also not allowed to reserve sunbeds (there weren’t many brits anyways) but it means there is always a sunbed free when you need one and the pool is never busy. The supermarket attached to the hotel also saved me and my partners life as every day were able to buy snacks, wine, shampoo etc. The prices for food and drink are extremely reasonable and the rooms were super spacious!!

There wasn’t anything but cutlery given in the room. We did expect maybe some bottles of water in the fridge as we arrived really late or possible some washing up liquid to wash dishes but unfortunately you had to buy everything from the shop. Our bathroom shower drain was blocked and when we asked to have it fixed. Although the maintenance worker was sent up, nothing was fixed.

We had 11 fabulous nights at this hotel, I had requested a top floor harbour view room and was delighted when we got this. The ever changing view of the ferries and cruise ships was great as was watching the sunrise from our balcony, (included pics of this) We loved the huge bed and the very good air con. The staff as simply wonderful and so helpful. I had the chicken and cashew salad three times and prices were good for food and drinks. The pool was always clean, I liked the fact that the pool wasn't too deep, and comfortable sunbeds although not always easy to get ones in the shade. Location was great, with easy access to the old town. Zefyros is a 20 min walk and beds are far cheaper than Elli Beach, the locals use Zefyros so it's safe to leave belongings to go in the sea.

The breakfast got a bit repetative, really could do with some healthy cereals not just sugary kids ones. The bar has a notice saying unattended towels will be removed from sunbeds. But this was not enforced and people were putting out towels before brekafast which is selfish and made the notice a waste of time.

The hotel is quite, clean and cosy. The personnel of the hotel is super friendly, very helpful at everything especially Despina and her team. The breakfast is tasty and fresh. The pool is great. The location is fantastic just 5 minutes walk from old town which full of nice restaurants and shops. The supermarket in hotel has everything you need plus souvenirs with better prices than in the city. The hotel can also offer you car rental services and tours all over the island. The room has everything you need for comfortable stay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Everything was great. The hotel doesn’t offer additional towels for the pool, so you will need either to bring yours or to buy some towels from the store.

Everything was perfect! Location, staff, food! Special shoutout to Mr Yiannis , an excellent professional ! My baby’s first trip ever was an amazing experience thanks to the loveliest and friendliest staff!!!
