Fantastic views from our terrace and walking distance to everywhere. Our host is great in supporting all our questions to the local needs. The breakfast is superb!

We carried big and heavy suitcases and had to climb tiny narrow stairs, but it’s not the property (I think locating in the old town means you couldn’t do much to alter the place), it’s more on our side. We could smell cigarette smoke from guest downstairs. The loft room we stayed was damp and moldy, we both had allergies. But gives and takes, it’s winter time, we had such a good time there that we really shouldn’t complain at all.

The host, Savvas, is superb, generous with his time, help and advice and cooks a bewildering array of excellent omelettes. The food for breakfast is locally sourced, delicious and ample. The rooms are kept spotless by Jenny. This historic building is decorated sympathetically, in keeping with its heritage with modern touches where needed (bathroom in particular). The communal area is comfortably appointed and again tastefully done. The rooms are easily big enough for couples , with enough storage for a week or two . This is an excellent hotel and brilliantly situated to explore the Old Town. Great value for money . Best for singles or adult couples.

Evdokia sufficiently tucked away to avoid tourists, but well enough sited for short road access to nearby port. Breakfast was exceptional for both quality and quantity, and mostly sourced from owner's family farm and cooked while you wait. After five weeks holidaying on three islands, we definitely saved the best till last. Next holiday will be booked around availability of Evdokia rooms (seven). Mike and Brenda Naylor PS Shortage of taxis due to cruise ship itinerary changes was dealt with promptly and we were driven to the airport in the owner's vehicle.

Above and beyond any criticism.

We loved staying at Evdokia. Excellent location just steps away from the hustle and bustle, but down a very quiet laneway in the awesome old town of Rhodes. Many great restaurants all around. Laundry and supermarket 20m away. Cosy environment, much more than a hotel or B&B. We were made to feel like family, which was kinda special. Was also great to catch up with the other travellers at breakfast and get everyone’s stories or what they were up to today. The omelettes made by Savvas were amazing, as were all the other homemade goodies made available. Savvas was always quick to respond to my stupid questions via WhatsApp. He was also a wealth of knowledge about any recommendations or questions you might have. Would definitely recommend staying at Evdokia.

Again, any technical glitches are quickly resolved by Savvas via WhatsApp. 😊

Would be really difficult to point something I didn't like. Savvas and Evdokia made their best to ensure wonderful stay (starting from the breakfast of course). Location: hard to find better place, in the heart of Rhodes Old Town, in a historic building, in the centre, but in the same time in a small street, so it is not so loud Service: top notch Room: you rather cannot ride a horse there, but space is sufficient Overall: book if available, this place won't dissapoint you Extras: Breakfast (yes, you won't be hungry till dinner) Hints what to see and where to eat PS. If you are light sleeper take ear plugs (at the end of the day you are still in pretty busy touristic area)

Delicious omelettes were freshly cooked by the host each morning and there was plenty of choice with different sliced meats, cheese, bread, & home-made jams. The premises are amazing - a converted 14th century building in the heart of the Old Town of Rhodes.

As with any ancient building, you have to be prepared for some eccentricities. We were okay, but one of our travelling companions was less mobile and that made the stairs an issue. Our host Savvas was able to give them another room with more user- friendly stairs for their stay.

We liked the location in the old city. I was really an excellent place to be if you’re interested in historical site-seeing. We appreciated how helpful and warm the staff was and their flexibility with us. This would be a good place to stay if you want to get to know fellow guests because of the shared breakfast experience.

I don’t have anything negative to say. I think it is good to know there’s a very enjoyable and relaxed breakfast, so guests should save ample time to enjoy it.

Beautiful building, lovely accommodation, the breakfast was especially amazing at the Evdokia Hotel- it included fresh bread, cheeses, meats, olives, filled omelettes, greek pancakes, yogurt. Savvas and his hospitality was 10/10 - would highly recommend the hotel.

Everything was great! Sometimes in the evening we couldn't get hot water for a shower and our shower leaked a little, but both was not a bother for us. The positives outweighed these small things and I am being picky!

Saffas the proprietor cooked a brilliant never ending breakfast and regaled stories about his guests and his visit to the UK. Lovely small hotel in medieval old building and where you walked out into the centre of of the old town.

The room was quite small but that was inevitable in Rhodes Old Town. Noisey until early hours of the morning again due to situation close to the busy night life in the centre of Rhodes town.

Savaas, the owner of the property makes this place stand out! He really is a wonderful host and goes out of his way to give you a truly wonderful and authentic experience. The breakfast he serves is amazing! Freshly baked sourdough bread, 8 different jams (all from the garden), special Greek pastries, and omelets to die for! This place is a little gem. we will stay again, for sure!
