I like the room that we stayed in. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was nice most of the time and we always had a response when we needed something.

The shower door didn't close properly so some water got out of the shower. In Booking we didn't have the option for all-inclusive, if we knew about that option we would book through their official website. Moreover, eating dinner in the hotel costs a lot if it is not included in your booking package.

Very confortable, hotel was clean and staff was helpful at all times. Different activities to do.

I missed more variety of fruits and fresh juices for the breakfast, they were water with a taste of fruit. Slow service sometimes due to the lack of staff.

The hotel is big and offers a broad spectrum of facilities: multiple restaurants and bars, multiple pools, night entertainment. We had all inclusive and the food was very good, a lot of sortiments, well done and accomodating all tastes.

We had one of the newly renovated rooms which had a totally strange bathroom: all glass walls, with glass doors that did not shut properly, so there was no privacy and no buffer zone. We then moved to another room at a lower floor level. The room was old, but clean and it offered the needed privacy (bathroom with normal walls). The staff at the reception seemed to be overwhelmed by the great number of arriving tourists and it was pretty difficult to solve some minor problems... The hotel does not have a private beach, but for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella we paid 10 euros/day on the beach right in front of the hotel.

If you want to go to the pool, FORGET IT!! they put towels on the sunbeds, while they are not even in the pool area, only to come 3 hours later to take a bath. we went to the pool and we couldn't sit anywhere while there were no people, there were only towels. and the staff did nothing about it.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay for our son's first birthday! They even gave us a suite with a private pool which was so lovely of them todo, along with the constant gifts. It was truly a wonderful stay, thank you so much for everything! We will be sure to return! Coming here for our only child's first birthday was really something special, which near everyone did their best to make it that way, which was really lovely.

Most of the staff were wonderful, there were just a handful who were grumpy. It was a shame, they do work long hours, but this is a 5-star hotel, and guests shouldn't expect to have un-happy interactions with staff members (buffet table service staff, and also surprisingly the manager of the À la carte restaurants, although I think in his case he has taken too many responsibilities on, for example, he was needed for the discount on the receipt which was arranged already by the very helpful customer-services relations table).

It was very comfortable place and nice and friendly receptionist.

We were 3 young black guys, the other white guests made us feel misplaced.

We had a great time at the hotel. The food was nice, but there could have been more variety. The staff could also have been a bit friendlier; however, Nico quickly made up for this. Nico, the restaurant manager, was exceptionally attentive. He made our stay 100 times better and ensured we were satisfied at all times. He brought us specially made meals from the kitchen and even planned a surprise party for my daughter, complete with a cake. Nico truly is a gentleman and an extremely funny guy. Thank you, Nico, for making our stay amazing! We will definitely be back :)

Rooms needed some maintenance or updating.

Extremely lovely hotel. The room was amazing. We were lucky enough to be on a west facing so had a beautiful sunset every night. The food was excellent and so were the staff. Especially the activity staff pool side. SHOUT OUT TO LUCAS’!! He is genuinely An incredible asset to the RODOS palace, he’s their on-site super hero entertainer.. Give that man a payrise! Immediately! We will be coming back next season for sure.

Very clean and very big with a lot of facilities

Breakfast was great, although busy and at times a little chaotic but I feel this is more down to the other guests than the hotel itself, but there was a huge variety in what you could eat. The location of the hotel was fantastic and were able to enjoy the beach prior to the check in time which was a fantastic way to start the holiday. From the hotel you can walk along the sea front into the city which will take longer than 45 min and right out front of the hotel there are some lovely restaurants, bars and there are places to rent vehicles and a supermarket.

The luggage storage room looked unorganised and not somewhere I would like to leave my possessions. There were far too many broken sunbeds and not enough sun parasols which, with the sunbeds would be an easy thing to achieve for a hotel that size. There is some need for modernising the rooms and facilities but it's not in a bad condition at all and a very minor point. One addition to the hotel which would be welcomed would be an ATM. The closest was about a 2-3 min walk outside the hotel. Although most things you can pay for with card there are the odd things you may wish to pay with cash or if you wanted to leave a tip.
