lovely location, view, clean, nice bed, friendly staff, underground car park which keeps car cool

A bit tired room, no vanity mirror at the table. It would also be nice to have more charging points, tea and coffee sachets not always or scarcely replenished, not enough milk/tea for two people to have a drink unless one has camomile and another has English breakfast or Earl Grey. We have arrived by a car in the middle of the night and it’s not easy to find reception from the underground car park, some signposts would be helpful. We were wondering in a middle of a night on the ground floor trying to find check-in, everything was empty and dead but it transpired that the lobby and reception was on the 7th floor! It would be very helpful to signpost reception from the car park and from the ground floor too.

Lovely hotel and we had a beautiful room.. we treated ourselves to an Agean Suite, extremely comfortable, relaxing and spotless and oh, those views over the sea. The food options were delicious and a special shout out to the amazing pool bar team who made everything fun as well as delicious! The pool areas were gorgeous and although busy did not feel cramped. The location was good in terms of how close it was to Rhodes Town but the local strip was not that enticing apart from the family run Le Gourmet restaurant. The concierge was fab giving lots of restaurant recommendations - all of which were outstanding

We are Marriott members but because I booked the stay and membership is in my husband name we could not collect the points - how ridiculous in this digital age! The restataurant teams did not look happy.. many trying very hard but also having rows in front of the guests - is this a happy ship?? Finally, getting a taxi into Rhodes Town is almost impossible in the evening in peak season .. hotels on this strip need to develop a solution rather than just saying 'the island is full, there are no taxis'

This hotel is so luxurious and very spacious. It feels very premium compared to a lot of the other hotels in Rhodes. The breakfast setting is absolutely beautiful and the private beach facilities are amazing. Every member of staff that we encountered were very professional and friendly. The housekeeping service was very organised and the team always came early to change the sheets, make the bed and change the towels. We used the laundry service during our stay and it was very efficient & the clothes were pressed neatly. The hotel has its own mini mall! A mini supermarket, an ice cream shop, a women’s clothes store and many more! Although we didn’t use the spa facilities, it looked very relaxing and clean. The spa also seemed very spacious and a lot of treatments and services are available. Overall, I cannot fault my stay at the Sheraton and we are already looking to book again for next year! I loved everything!

The hotel is very beautiful and spacious. My room was very cozy and clean. I had a wonderful sea view. The bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked without restrictions. Breakfast was excellent and varied, fresh fruit and juice every day. The staff was everywhere very professional and nice - in the restaurant, maids, porter and receptionist as well. At the reception, they helped me to rent a scooter, they organized everything. The pools were beautiful with crystal clear water. I was very staisfied.

I have no negative experiences.

Pool, view, breakfast, very friendly cleaning staff, location

When we arrived we were put in a room close to a noisy ventilator, when we complained we could change into a better room. Unfortunately, next to us was a room with very noisy guests making party during the night. We could then move in yet another room after complaining. This room was quiet and had a beautiful view.

Pool areas great, as is the private beach - lovely to swim in the sea. Lovely room with great sea view. Breakfast good with usual selection and nice setting by the pool. Location - easy to get into old town by taxi or bus, or walk if not too warm! Disappointed with food at hotel - pool and bar restaurants not great, although main restaurants which require booking were better. Would recommend trying Amalfi Coast, 3 minute walk away or Le Gourmet, 10 minute walk for tradition Greek dishes.

Staff and service issues, in particular in the bar in the evenings. Staff trying their best but terribly understaffed and communication problems at reception. Avoid eating not the bar area - long wait if you do actually get served, and food very ordinary.

Pretty much everything, room, staff, breakfast, dinner, pool. Our stay was delightful, food was great, staff was extremely polite, helpful and engaging, the pool was amazing and the location is great!

Room fittings were not that contemporary. Also, there were just a few power outlets and a family would normally need more with the number of devices we are typically travelling with.

The hotel is the best I have ever been to. Cleanliness in the halls, corridors and rooms is perfect. The room is big and clean. The pools and the beach are wonderful. No problem with umbrellas and sunbeds. The food is top notch. Special thanks to the staff - they did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Everything else. Brilliant staff.

Would have preferred the sandy beaches and calmer sea on the East Coast. But it did not diminish from the superb resort that this Sheraton is.
