Breakfast was excellent and staff were wonderful and helpful Views from the room were fabulous across the bay. Excellent restaurant for dinner and a lovely pool, so all amenities are right there.

Difficult access to the room for older people (like us) with large suitcases. No elevator in the hotel and lots of stairs to get in to the hotel and to you room. However, the staff were very helpful and carried cases for us which was so kind of them. A bit far from the main town (for older people) to just walk back and forth and on a steep hill. So you need a rental vehicle or to use taxi's for trips outside the hotel.

A truly wonderful stay! After our stay in Karlovasi, we wanted a few days of luxury in Samos City and were not disappointed. Kristy in reception did a phenomenal job of accommodating our every need - especially upgrading our room (to sea view) on the first day. Comfortable beds, exclusive interiors, newly renovated, delightful pool and extraordinary service. In fact, the staff was the best thing about our stay, from Vangelis in the bar/restaurant, to the owner Dimitris who thoroughly entertained us for a whole evening when our flight was delayed. The breakfast was varied and pleasant, the dinner menu was fresh and everything was clean. Ino Village Hotel is elegant, serene and exclusive. It's also warm and homely with staff that truly cares. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Outstanding experience!

+ Availability of free parking place is a definite plus. + Good selection of breakfast options. + Staff is very kind and smiling. They show they care and want to help.

- There is no privacy in the bathroom as there is no wall attached to the door. Instead it is a separator made of clear glass. Also one can hear everything as there is an opening of 2-3 cm between the door and this glass separator. - There is a slight elevation of 1-2 cm on the ground of the upper corridor on the way to the rooms. There could be a simple warning band for people not to stumble as it could be dangerous. - The terrace canopy could be made a bit more dense, as it gets too hot during breakfast in the sun.

Breakfast was really good, staff was amazing. They resolved all of our problems as soon as possible. They gave us great recommendations so when you go there ask for their recommendations. Especially Dimitri and Erika made our holiday way better and I feel lucky to run into such people like that. The room I stayed was amazing, it was really clean and big. Location of the hotel is also pretty good and away from all the stress and noise, also close to restaurants, bars and beaches.

Pool could be a little bit better. But sea is amazing in Samos anyways (best sea I have ever seen) so you should go to the beaches.

location with view is beautifull. the people who work at Ino are very kind and ready to help with anything.

housekeeping was ok but could be better. somedays the coffee was refilled and other days not. one day they left the door open.

When we arrived we were welcomed by the very nice Gabriella at the reception. we had dinner in the hotel three times and always were so satisfied with the food. Ask also for the things off the menu. Areti, the chef has great options every day. The breakfast was also wonderful, eggs made upon your order: poached, fried, scrambled omelette. I would advise the omelets with ham and cheese. We had the room: Luxury Suite with sea view and it has been amazing. we took a wine upstairs and watched the sun go down in the sea. So romantic. Also the pool area was super nice and cozy, try a Samos mojito from Vangelis and you will never drink something else ever again. Also the Samos wine is really great ( with ice and a slice of orange; again recommended by the great people. We loved the time with Erika and Dimitris. they made our stay even more special. be careful with the Zuma ( homemade schnaps) we already checked out when we come back soon. thanks for everything.

Breakfast was very adequate on a balcony with a superb view. The pool was large and well-kept. The walk down to the town was easy and quick. The space for parking was very large.

The bathroom was clean but the lack of privacy was rather off-putting. The mosquito season was starting and the hotel was not equipped to help. Most of the staff were very pleasant but only Odysseus, who was exceptional, was able to tell us much about the island when we asked.

The hotel designed as a luxury hotel. Pool area was very silent and comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Rooms were clean and seaview room's view was fantastic. Very close to the vathy port.

The glass seperator between bathroom and the room was inconvenient. Not everybody likes to be seen while they are using the toilets :) And toiletries unfortunately were low quality. Expected a bit more. One other think is not directly related with the hotel but the most beaches and nightlife is happening almost 10-15 km away from hotel's location. Taking car to every event is a bit overwhelming.

We had a fabulous vacation at Ino Village Hotel. Our room has a fantastic view of the Bay of Vathi and the mountains around. The room is super clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is delicious with many local delicacies and some great hot egg dishes. The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and always there to help guests. We will certainly return to stay here again when we come back to Samos!

We had a nice stay at Ino Village. The breakfast was great, everything was fresh and they had good coffee. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. We slept great! The staff was amazing. It really felt like they were family. My partner got a little bit ill and they instantly helped with some medicine and tea. They were all so kind and helpful. The final morning we had to leave very early. The receptionist (Kristy) kindly made us breakfast boxes, because we would miss the breakfast due to the early flight time. Thanks again Kristy, it tasted great! We will definitely return.
