The location and the view from the hotel was beautiful.Serres is a very warm place in the summer but at this location the temperature is a little better as its on a hill just outside Serres.We had a car so the distance was about 4 min to go to the town. The hospitality was great.The receptionists were very helpful and Kiki who was preparing the breakfast was amazing and we can't thank her enough for her kindness.

We can't think of something that we didn't like. Maybe more local products for the breakfast menu.

Breakfast was ok, but could be improved for a 4**** unit. Rooms are fine. The staff is very kind and helpful. Big parking lots in front of the hotel entrance (garden view). Pool view seems to be a disadvantage, because of the noise. The swimming pool was ok, for all tastes.

Unfortunately, no other meals are available here. The bar at the pool has nothing much to offer, the service is null and the prices are a shame. No Internet in the rooms. There are a lot of empty huge spaces in the building which are not used and the access ways to different places inside/outside are very sinuous.

Great pool. Good breakfast, plenty of food to choose from (starts at 7:30). Nice view from the rooms.

Cleaning so and so: some spiders and spiderweb into the bathroom, a bad smell of cigarette into the room and dirty on the balcony, but the bed sheets were clean. A little bit far from the taverns in town.

Large rooms, clean, breakfast ok.

The pool was not functional!!! It was dirty, almost dried like it has not been used for ages. Even in pictures looks wonderfull. They did not serve us meal in restaurant because it was hired for some events. I think it was unacceptable not to have what to eat after a full day of traveling.

The receptionist could keep better track of breakfasts per room. I paid for all breakfasts according to reservations (3 triple rooms) only to find out later that some friends had also doublepaid for theirs. I was not made aware of this by receptionist on checkout.

I've asked the hotel to help me with a parking place under a roof (I was traveling with an open van/pick up with some personal things) and they've been so kind to let me park right at the entrance of the hotel under the main entrance roof. Highly appreciated!!!

The room cleaning can be done much better, but being off season and after all the Covid restriction I can understand the low number of employee.

The hotel is safe. The breakfastnis good and has you need if you travel with kids. The parking is free and safe. The room is big and the swimming pool is ok.

Big room and clean, nice shower with good pressure, a nice view. Nothing special about the breakfast. Good for transitioning stay.

In the room booked, air conditioner was not working and we had to convince the receptionist that he didn’t work and we stayed about 40 minutes until they moved us to another room.

Breakfast was good but more chairs - including the balcony would be welcome. The room was a good size and quiet

Beds were a bit hard. Only one key fob was difficult for two of us.
