The staff are so nice and polite when they could understand me. The language barrier is difficult. The receptionist on the Sunday was lovely and i would visit again just to see her
The menu in the restaurant was difficult to interpret what you would actually get but i picked at random and what i got was lovely

Super host, we arrived at 10 in the evening, we were greeted by the owners who gave us a mini-tour of the location, the indoor pool, the indoor garden, spa... bar, it's actually the perfect place to relax after a long drive... and a sea plus, the location is pet friendly

We booked this hotel as we were traveling to Petrich for business, location was good but that was about it.
Excepted one person (who was very friendly), no one english at the hotel. The rooms smelled like cigarette and the overall hotel was extremely outdated. We ended up switching hotels after 1 night and were much happier. Only one outlet in my room worked. The walls in the room were dirty. Honestly very surprising that the hotel has 4 stars.
