We absolutely LOVED our time at Nefeli Fresh, we’ve just returned having stayed for 11 nights as a family of 4 (our girls are aged 16 & 13) and didn’t want to leave. It is exceptionally presented in every way. The public areas are beautifully maintained, all newly decorated to a very high standard with modern boutique contemporary chilled vibes. The pool area and gardens are stunning, especially at night with all the pretty candles and lights, everything is just right, they even provide pool towels and offer drinks and snacks all delivered poolside. The staff, WOW.. they were just brilliant, I honestly don’t think you’d receive better customer service at The Ritz in London, every single member of staff was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and very attentive, we wanted for nothing, they even booked all our local transfers with ease. Also the breakfast is AMAZING!! So delicious with many homemade Greek options all served on the beautiful shaded terrace outside, the Greek Coffee is a must 👌🏻

My only critique would be there is no additional hooks or shelf’s in the bathroom, meaning I had nowhere to place towels when used, a few in the main bedroom area too would be really useful, as would a shelf above the fridge to place a few food or other items and a full length mirror. That aside the rooms were brilliant and the beds & pillows were very comfortable with lovely quiet air-Con.

the hotel is relatively close to the ferry and is recently renovated. the rooms are cleaned every morning and the towels are changed every day. the swimming pool and the sunbeds are sufficient for the accommodation capacity and the relaxation areas between the olive trees are a delight. the staff is friendly, kind and available to guests, including information related to tourist attractions or recommendations related to beaches or taverns that are worth going to

The hotel is literally the cleanest hotel I have ever been (and I have been to many places). The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, the food at breakfast and dinner was good quality and delicious. The view from my window was outstanding (never thought that at the beach I wouldn’t ming facing the mountain and the endless olive tree gardens that surrounded the place). The staff was very helpful, they spoke great English and German, and were super helpful when my bathroom pipe got clogged. Parking was OK, pool was clean.

I really missed having a fridge in the room as I wanted to enjoy a glass of wine at my balcony.

The garden is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cheers to Nefeli’s staff! The location is close the beaches we love. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

We have booked two rooms. At arrival one of the room bathroom was smelling very badly however once we alerted the staff, they have cleaned it again and resolved the issue immediately. The second room had a pungent smell which we have identified as coming from the fridge. One we alerted the staff they’ve immediately removed the fridge from our room, replaced the sheets and the smell was gone. The TVs were not working during our stay.

The hotel facility was perfect - very nice gartden with olive trees, the pool - clean and beautifull, chill music all day long. The room was so nice… comfortable bed, cleaning every day. Very clean, cozy and homie feel. the staff was the best, always smiling and helpful. I am on a diet and should not eat gluten, so after they learn thia, at the second day they made sure that they have something eapwcially for me for breakfast. the breakfast in general was perfect.

This place is exceptional! Not only is Thasos paradise on Earth, but this hotel is your very own piece of paradise when you stay in it. It's located inside a picturesque olive tree forest. It has an amazing common area, very well thought-out and perfectly maintained, and you can lose hours relaxing by the pool, on the hammocks or on the swings. The breakfast was great, with both common continental options and plenty of traditional local food. The room was a bit small, but we expected that from the pictures and - more importantly - it was very comfortable, quiet and super clean, they cleaned it for us thoroughly every day. The staff I can absolutely rate 11 out of 10 - very friendly, kind and caring, always there for you when you need something. The way they treat you and take care for you 100% of the time just raises the experience to a whole other level. We'll definitely come and stay here the next time we visit the island.

Nefeli Fresh is a fantastic place to spend your vacation! Someone once turned an olive garden into a beautiful place to relax, creating such an authentic Greek atmosphere and, at the same time, a modern and comfortable zone where you can absolutely enjoy your time and forget about everything else.    It is situated near the main road and the location is easy to find. Beaches are close within walking distance and by car as well. There are stores, a pharmacy, and tavernas in the proximity of the hotel.    The lovely garden is the first thing that makes an impression. The pool is always clean and not too crowded. There is a bar with nice drinks and music.    The room is well decorated and clean. There is a balcony where you can enjoy the nice view. We had breakfast included, and there were various kinds of food. It was fresh and tasty.   But one of the biggest advantages of the hotel is the people who work there! The staff are ALWAYS smiling, friendly, and hospitable. Everyone speaks good English and is willing to help you or answer your questions. There is always someone around when you need them.    I recommend Nefeli Fresh Hotel to everyone who wants to have a good time on the island and get the rest they need and deserve. We are very thankful for the good memories and the positive attitude! And we will definitely visit Thasos and Nefeli again!   

The garden and the setting was the best selling point for us. Everything well cared for. it is really nice to spend time on the terrace. The room is not big but not small either, pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is great You have place to park in shade Quiet place where you can relax

You easily flood the bathroom when showering because the shower is small and protected by curtain. We would have liked to spend more time on the hammocks but they were being laid out a bit late in the day when usually you are already gone to the beach. There are no major cons though, the mentions are more like little improvements that would have made the stay from great even greater :)

The owners are exceptional people, always smiling and always ready to help you with whatever you need. The staff is very kind and responsive. The hotel looks great, has a style similar to a boutique style, and is located in the middle of olive groves, close to beautiful beaches, with fine sand, including in the water, and taverns on the seashore, where you can eat very well. It is equipped with an open bar, a beautiful garden, and a very nice swimming pool. At night, the location is magically lit and the ambient music is chosen with great taste. I definitely recommend this hotel!
