People at the front counter were great, only stayed there one night so we didn’t meet too many of their staff, the blonde lady that checked us in was an absolute delight, great English, great personality, had a fun time checking in and speaking with her. Hotel is very modern and clean, appeared to be the best and most up to date hotel in all of Volos, very new and visually appealing. Rooms were quite spectacular, especially for such an affordable price, definitely recommend Magnes Hotel! Breakfast was also wonderful by the way!

I liked the hotel very much. It was spotless clean, very comfortable room for 2 adults and a kid. The room had toiletries, hairdryer. It had a nice balcony, air-conditioning, nice smart tv. There was parking underneath the hotel, the pool area was clean and nice, the breakfast was also very good. They also provided us with towels for the pool. The spa and pool WC area were also very clean. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and you can easily walk to the port.

The pool depth is small (1.30 m) so not ideal for swimming and gets crowded with visitors outside of the hotel. The coffee provided with the breakfast is not that good but you can order a good coffee with extra charge.

The signature room with a separate bathroom and shower room was brilliant. The styling and the decoration is spot on. Everything is well built in the room and practical. The mattress is mega comfortable, even for people with a special back. The quality of the duvet and the towels is excellent. The bathrobe is of superior quality amd it felt absolutely amazing. The restaurant is a cozy, roomy and sunny place to be. The quality of the breakfast and the rest of the lunch and dinner menu is superior. Everything you try is locally sourced and it is delicious. The staff is fabulous, pleasant and and always around ready to serve. There is an underground parking which is very convenient and modern. The location is only 15 minutes walk from the sea side.

A lot to like. The staff are truly excellent, helping in a number of needs; especially in solving travel issues. The room was spacious comfortable, clean and nicely lighten. The hotel bar and restaurant areas are nicely furnished and comfortable - the table seating is nicely spaced and clean with a bright and airy feeling. There is a nice garden seating area for meals and functions with a nice pool situated at on end and to the side. The foyer seating area is spacious and enjoys comfortable seating.

The elegant, contemporary design and cozy atmosphere immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The restaurant impressed with its delicious, locally-inspired cuisine, turning every meal into a delightful experience. Most importantly, the staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly at home.

It is a gorgeous hotel with amazing amenities that will step up your vacation. The room was spotless, with great and calm interior. The breakfast was nice, and it was great value for money. I will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Volos. They made sure our pet was welcome and even put a little bowl for his food/water in the room, which was very thoughtful! Shoutout to Vivi, she was extremely helpful and polite!

Everything was amazing.

We loved everything about the hotel, it’s modern, very clean, new, very well designed, nice rooms, big terrace, comfortable bed, great breakfast. All the employees were extremely polite and friendly. About 15-20 min walk to the center.

It's a city hotel located on a main street, so there's some noise from traffic when you open the balcony door. But closing the doors filters out most of it, and it didn't bother us enough to rate it lower than a 10!

The hotel is lovely, everything is new, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Cleanliness and services are top notch, staff members were polite and willing to help in any way. The garden with pool is small but cosy. Restaurant with good food (don’t expect authentic traditional greek cuisine ). The hotel is close to the port, supermarkets, restaurants and farmacy.

The room was good, with new furniture and a comfortable size. The location is close to the center of Volos, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was ok, suitable for a short stay. The staff were nice and very accommodating. Overall, it's a great option for a one-night stay.

Lift too small and slow for the hotel size

A lovely, new and modern hotel. Lovely staff, ready to help with anything. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. There is a free parking. It is very convenient to reach it and leave it to the surrounding villages.
