I wanted to share my incredible experience during my recent stay at Andreolas Luxury Suites in Zakynthos from August 13th to 15th. From start to finish, everything about my stay was simply fantastic. First and foremost, the warm and friendly demeanor of the landlady truly made me feel welcome. Her hospitality added a special touch to the overall experience, making it feel like a home away from home. The cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely impeccable. Walking into a well-maintained space instantly put me at ease. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for their guests. Now, let's talk about the location – it's beyond amazing! The prime positioning of Andreolas Luxury Suites allowed me to wake up to breathtaking views and enjoy easy access to the beauty of Zakynthos. Whether it was the stunning beach or charming local attractions, everything was conveniently within reach. To sum it up, my stay at Andreolas Luxury Suites was a delightful experience. From the cordial landlady to the spotless rooms and the unbeatable location, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. I can't wait to return to this wonderful haven for my future vacations

The room is super clean and modern. The breakfast was good though there is no variaty from day to day which might be boring for long stays. Maike is an excellent host, always nice and answering with a smile. She offered to make us sandwiches one of the mornings when we had planned an early boat trip. The place has parking and enough sandbeds for all the guests.

There is no longer a beach in front of the villa. The sea now reaches the garden's wall and the sand beds are all placed inside the garden. The pictures on the booking don't match exactly the room. We stayed on the top floor with the shower in a tight corner. The owner, Msr. Andreolas (present daily on site) didn't allow us to bring any kind of food (not even chips) on the tables around the garden even though they don't provide any service for lunch or dinner. Also we were asked to consume drinks from the fridge (self service charged on the room) instead of bringing our own drinks. Finally at night the room is getting very warm so the A/C has to be used but is placed right in front of the bed and the air flow was quite annoying.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was light, airy and kept spotlessly clean. Towels changed every day and sheets four times in the week. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and a second on the side of the building, which caught the afternoon sun. The weather was sunny and hot, but air conditioning was available in each of the bedrooms if needed without charge.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

We loved the place. The location is perfect, couldn’t be better. Just at the water with very convenient access to the water. Spacious rooms, actually it was more like an apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen area and a balcony with beach and sea view. Very good service. The staff arranged a trip around the island, a taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 10:00 instead of 15:00. Changing our clothes and relaxing on the beach for additional 4 hours was really a good bonus. When we realized that our trip would be too early and we would have to miss the breakfast, we were offered to take our breakfast in the evening of a previous day. Briefly speaking, everything was done for our holiday to be absolutely perfect.

Absence of Mosquito nets :). It is a problem for me at all hotels ‘cause I don’t like to sleep using air conditioning.

We are so very glad we stayed at Andreolas Luxury Suites, we loved everything. The location, facilities and breakfast are fantastic. Furthermore the owners and the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful at all times. This is the best accommodation we have stayed at during the six visits we have had to Zakinthos.

Exceptional location. The Tsilivi/Planos Beach is a sandy beach with shallow water of an exceptional cleanliness - blue flag - one steps in the water directly from the property - 7 steps staircase. Sunbeds+umbrellas are located on a lawn in the property yard that is carefully taken care of by the owners and personnel. Iconic building, like a crown jewel on the Tsilivi/Planos coast, easily recognizable. Designed by a smart architect. One could see the sea from any bed in the property - spectacular sunrises over the Peloponessos shore. Closest beach bar/restaurant at 30 m. However, the area is quiet and isolated - the crowded areas with shops and restaurants start at some 200 m away. Breakfast is presented in a compact manner but rich - from fried eggs and bacon to fresh pitas (salty, combined with Greek yoghurt and sweet) and comprising Zakynthian fruits and vegetables. From the semi-open bar/breakfast restaurant/lobby to the lawn one climbs 4 steps... Large suites or double rooms, some with two balconies. Well equipped kitchens. This is a Greek/Zakynthian family run business and the main concern is reputation for long-lasting success - and they demonstrate high class know-how of hospitality industry and great care for guests. Any issue is addressed with calm, with smile, with professionalism and efficiency - it is natural. They know everybody and are known by everybody in their sector or activity - they can arrange airport transfers, taxis, private tours, excursions, can recommend restaurants, etc. Additionally any fault of the house equipment is addressed asap in a proactive manner with the right qualified contractors. The personnel is discrete and professional. Perfectly clean rooms, bedsheets and towels with monogram, comfortable beds, sufficient furniture, safebox, large balconies. Overall, exceptional stay, with complete relaxation and satisfaction; we plan from now how to return next year.

We had a great vacation here. We stood in a quiet third floor apartment with seaview. It was quiet, cozy and clean. We enjoyed having our lunch on our private seaview balcony. The host and the hotel staff were friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a private garden with sunbeds in front of the sea. Nearby you can find plenty of tavernas with greek food. Tsilivi and this hotel are perfect if you are looking for a cozy and quiet vacation with the loved ones.

I would like to thank first of all to all the staff for the hospitality and the help provided during my stay. I was training alone and the place was perfect for me as was safe and convenient. Near you can find everything you need shops, restaurants, beach bars and touristic attractions. The property was amazing. My room was beautiful with an amazing view of the sea which help me to relax and enjoy my time there. Towels, cleaning service and laundry service was provided every day. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices of greek food, fresh fruits and vegetables.

The location is amazing, just next to the sea... literally few steps from hotel to get into crystal clear warm water.
