Breakfast poor.

Bath room very small. Acces to computer very complicate. Local tax 2E/day/pers was not included în total price of Booking, like usualy.

Food, all personal was great, location

Everything was fine

We received a free upgrade to a twin family room, so we had two bed rooms with a total of four beds. We enjoyed the extra space very much. The bathroom was big enough, equipped with a bathtub. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room provided us with beach towels which were exchanged regularly.

The breakfast was not as expected for a 5 star hotel, it did not offer enough variety of food - it was offering the same food every time.

The location is good and its silent, so you can rest. The pools are also fine.

The place is definitely not a 5 star. On the pictures it looks much better than in reality. The rooms are ok, but the furnitures are quite injured and the bathroom is also not the nicest for a 5 star. The staff is neutral, if you ask they answer and do what you asked for but not so friendly. The drinks are served as soft drink, juices..etc. we got it in a 3 star last year in Crete. Very bad quality and taste. The breakfast is ok, but sometimes you need to wait for some of the things as there is only 1 person working in the kitchen. So it is rather a 3 star and not a 5.

The cook and service staff were excellent, and accommodating towards my granddaughter’s food allergies. They made an extra effort for us. We are Very appreciative.

Very uncomfortable beds

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Family of cats on the property, which we fed daily. The location was brilliant. Close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was OK(breakfast included) The Roof top bar was nice at night when the sun was setting over the mountains

Wasn't a 5 star as advertised. Conjoined room, which meant there was no privacy whatsoever (could even hear the residents next door use the toilet, which was VERY disturbing and unpleasant as he had diarrhoea, also heard every cough, sneeze, fart and spit from the next room which ruined the end of our holiday!) Cocktails didn't taste good(cheap). 2 single beds instead of a queen sized bed as advertised.

It was adjacent to the beach with sun beds and seating on the sand and around the pool area along with a pool bar and playground for children. the rooms were comfortable and the whole hotel was clean. staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. We were there for the last week of the season so it was easy to find space around the pool.

I would have liked to be able to use the sun terrace on the roof but there weren’t enough staff to serve drinks up there. Most of the local attractions and restaurants were already closed for the season so if we hadn’t had such good weather it may have been a little boring. Most of the other guests were All Inclusive we were Bed and Breakfast. It wasn’t possible to purchase Bar Snacks during the day so we made do with crisps and ice creams from the nearby supermarket. We walked or drove to restaurants in the evenings but did look at the option of an evening meal in the hotel one evening. It didn’t look very appetising so went elsewhere with some All Inclusive guests who were not impressed with the hotel dinners. When purchasing drinks from the bar we were offered the cheap All Inclusive options or more expensive brands. We were glad we hadn’t paid for All Inclusive as it didn’t seem to be value for money.
