We stayed 5 nights and had a lovely time. The room is spacious and comfortable, all the proper amenities are already offered and the view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast has variety & quality and differs every day. The pool was always clean and properly prepared with umbrellas and sun-beds. The location was up to our convenience, since it is really close to the places of our interest and just as far from the noise of the centre of Tsilivi. Last but not least, Giannis (Jr) was so helpful and always happy to assist in every way. The housekeeping was great too. Thumps up for the good work, we are definitely visiting again in the future.

Everything was lovely!

Everything from the moment I stepped out of the taxi was superb. Such a warm welcome, a spotless apartment, a lovely good-sized balcony with a sea view, a delicious breakfast (everything you could possibly want - freshly squeezed orange juice 😋) Even a shower room for your last day so you can go home fresh! Perfect oasis for resting and relaxing. Couldn't wish for more. Thank you Yiannis!

Not that I didn't like it but need transport. I found some apartments that had an evening restaurant just 7 mins up the road for dinner so all fine.

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. They gave us useful advice about local beaches and attractions. Good property location (20 minutes walk to Tsilivi center and only 10 minutes - by car - from the airport. Enough parking spaces. Very clean pool with warm water. Fresh orange juice every morning for breakfast. Confortable large double bed, clean and modern room. Complimentary bottle of water and bathing products (only for arrival, not for the whole stay).

The shower cabin is right in the room and the water gets outside, on the floor, but it’s something we fixed with a little extra attention and a foot towel. The pillows are too hard for our taste, but this is just a personal preference. Breakfast is good & fresh and the orange juice is a nice touch, but after a few days it gets a little boring and it could be more diversified

The property itself is so beautiful, the location is stunning, it has a very welcoming feeling due to it not beinh a big hotel. The staff feels like a family and the vibe allover is just incredible. The owner even arranged a car hire for us, the agency brought the car to the property, we didn't need to do much ourselves, it was a perfect vacation and i would highly recommend staying here. What i also liked very much was the fact that at the time of our stay there were no families with small children (it felt super relaxing) so the pool was always available, also enough sunbeds for everyone and there were floaties and balls in the pool so we could also play and chill if we wanted to. But otherwise the place seems also great for families. The staff made sure we had a great time :)

The cleanest place Ive been, every day starts with complete cleanup not just of the rooms, but the whole Area. The personal and the owner are very kind and helpfull. IT has a nice bar at the pool,where you can buy drinks, snacks, but also eat. The breakfast was delicious classic breakfast common for the Island. They can also help you with the tourist attractions.

The bathroom IS very small and the shower ha no wall or doors

Really cozy hotel, polite staff, okay breakfast, room was great. Location is okay, 10 min from old town if you have a car.

They need to change showers, there is no curtain which creates a mess in the whole bathroom. You cannot under the bathroom for at least 2 hrs. Maybe they need to provide mop outside of each room. On the other hand, if you go on a trip you want to relax and do nothing, so the solution is to place a curtain or renovate the bathroom!

The location is perfect, near Tsilivi beach and 20-30 minutes from popular beaches in Zakynthos. The breakfast was simple, but delicious, with homemade sweets and marmelades, fresh bread, eggs, vegetables and feta. You can buy homemade extra virgin olive oil made by Yannis, our host. The stuff was very friendly and we felt like home here.

This is a lovely quiet family ran resort, which is made exceptionally special by the way Yanis and his family make sure you have the best holiday. Yanis and the family will make you relaxed and go out of there way to help customers, little things like offering to get hire cars or allowing them to be dropped at the airport to help you without customers even asking shows how he and his family care that you relax and enjoy your stay. You will feel part of the family when you leave.

Maybe what we liked less was the shower 🚿, a bit small and you can only pour water everywhere, but still it was working fine so minimal less positive point all the good points.

Rooms are Basic but immaculately clean. Comfy beds and good air con Great views Nice pool area

Nothing staff nice and friendly. If I’m being picky location is up a hill but not a issue if you have a car. Maybe prices at the bar a bit overpriced compared to local bars in the area, not allowed to take your own drinks to the pool. Bathroom a bit dated.
