The hotel is relatively new and the stuff/furniture inside looks very good. The location is excellent. You can easily reach from there, by walking, restaurants, COVID test laboratory (just across the street), the Port and so on. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. As the hotel is part of Booking.com Genius program, I got a nice discount. The location and the final price after getting the discount made me to choose this hotel

The bathroom is very narrow. There were some technical issues with the first and second rooms I wanted to take. Finnaly, the third room was OK.

Located a stone's throw away from everything, the hotel was clean, affordable, and welcoming. Staff and hotel managers/owners were super nice, at hand/helping when the ac didn't work, or was too cold. Super clean and lovely pool at the rooftop makes for a welcoming respite. The lobby areas are really accessible including for wheelchairs. The WiFi works really well but be aware that some servers reject the security settings. Nothing of course that the hotel can do in that respect.

In my view, meals are expensive, so just be aware before final invoices. Also, I'd invite the hotel management to revise its accessibility standards in its bathrooms (public and private), since the lobby is already so nice and accessible. But these are only areas for improvement, not negatives.

The property was very central, easy to find and felt extremely safe. Also the rooftop pool was nice and the rooms were very large. Lastly, the AC was strong which made sleeping easier.

The beds and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also so flat I had to ask for three in order to sleep

in the centre of Bissau. near to everything. consulates are close by. lovely balcony to stand out. great roof top pool with excellent view. Jean Paul at the reception is a wonderful guy. he was very helpful and nice attitude. always smiling

breakfast is standard. the doors of the rooms really bang close. u can be woken up because someone left their room and the door bangs. it has to be reset. internet is good but it could be a country problem than the hotel.

No Fresh Orange juice on the buffet no coffee station in the rooms or hot water for tea in the rooms but on demand fresh juice was provided

All great until the end when the hotel shuttle charged 10,000 per person. 5am flight so they know they can scam you like this. Front desk probably takes a cut with the taxi driver. Ruins an otherwise classy hotel.

Nice place in the city center. Very good service a reception, restaurant, bar, and cleaning. Ver nice swimmin pool a the top floor.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast and decor. Umo the receptionist was really helpful and nice.

We booked an executive suite with kitchen. It's a bit smaller than what you thought. There's no cutlery in the kitchen, no pan. It was leaking on our bathroom. Although it has a pool, the pool it's too deep.
