Friendly staff, beautiful property with a nice view, great food from the menu (for what is available that day). Just remember that the situation in Haiti is difficult and that a lot of things are scarce. The hotel management and staff do all they can to make you feel comfortable and you have to respect that.

Getting there on foot could be challenging for some . Climbing up the very steep hill everyday. If you have luggage make sure you have transportation that can take up there and down.

First; I have never been to Cap Haitien, my fiancé planned this trip, we spent a week there and let me tell you; I 100% recommend this place. Everything was great. the day I flew in, Bianca messaged me and sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport that was very convenient. she greeted us with a warm smile. I am a supervisor at Doubletree By Hilton, and her customer service skill is WONDERFUL. Everyone was fantastic. the breakfast was excellent; my fiancé had drinks that they even put them in the freezer for us with no complaints, I am a very picky person anyway that’s besides the point Jenna and Samirah were great they were very nice ( telling me each morning what they had for breakfast until I decided what I really wanted to eat). We felt safe and felt like we were home. the only thing that we didn’t get to enjoy was the pool, just because we went out every day. We will definitely be back. thanks for everything!!!

I liked its location, overlooking the city of Cap Haïtien. The staff was also very kind, helpful with my requests, and hospitable.

When I got in touch with them through WhatsApp before going to check on certain questions I had (security, airport pickup, etc.), they were very unhelpful and downright rude, I still booked with them because their prices seem fair and because my guide, who I contacted beforehand, told me to, however as a first impression, it was pretty bad.

I enjoyed staying at Habitation des Lauriers. The staff was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. I wanted to change rooms, no problem at all, the young woman at the reception quickly granted my request and H helped us move. Also, great value for your buck! Breakfast was very good as well, although I would have liked more varieties.

it was amazing. the view was amazing we could see the entire city. The staff were very informative and friendly. We were supposed to stay for a week stay then go to satama but because of the awesome services we received we spent two weeks at Habitation Des Lauriers. We will definitely go back.

the road to the hotel was too steep i understand the circumstances and it’s because they are on a hill.

The view is spectacular and the staff is fantastic. They are very polite and go above and beyond for the satisfaction of the customer. I enjoyed every moment at the property and cannot wait to go back.

nice place in cap-haiti. I feel really safety here. The stay here are all so nice and help me a lot, i went to milot by local taptap and the manager take me to the taptap station with their car, and help me find the taptap. The view on the mountain is so nice, and good food and breakfast

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The a/c works and the hot water works. Breakfast was delicious the customer service was great 👍

The mountain was very hard to climb on feet. The restaurant was expensive the beverage was very limited. The ambiance was lack. People was just sitting around

Location, location, location( exposure to nature, the height gives us a nice view if the city, the staff is super nice, breakfast is great, and the dance class was a blast)

Great views, good prices for food and drinks at the hotel as well as the room prices. Yves the owner was very helpful helping me get my covid test as well. Breakfast was OK.

I booked a taxi for the trip to the citadelle and to san souci. The driver wanted to up the price when he realised that there 3 of us !!. Pure greed. It is also a very very steep climb up to the hotel, most cars and motorcycles can't make it up the hill, its that steep !!
