Location was close to where my friend lived who I was visiting. Close to lovely beaches and the huge water park.
Not a huge amount of interaction with staff, which sometimes suits me. But one evening I just wanted a nice spot at the bar to have a drink by myself. Hard to find a restaurant / bar that could accommodate singles, or this wasn't clear where this was.

If some towels can be offered inside the Water World or some cheap towels on sale, it would be better. May be there are specifications at your website regarding the items provided (such as the hair-dryer and shampoo, etc ) and those not provided((such as towel) that I have overlooked.

Both availability of Western type and Asian type food. Coffee machine to make your own fresh grounded beans coffee. Long breakfast time so you can go down anytime from 7am to 11am.
Breakfast is crowded, I suppose its because Hong Kong spaces are at a premium so everything/everyone has to squeeze. Spread could be better.

This is an excellent hotel for Ocean Park and kids in general. The giant fish tank is impressive and a great kid distraction while you wait for the lift.
They need a better system for room numbering as there is no way to obviously tell which lift takes you to your room.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, lots of good food venues. Near MTR station which is only 1 stop from Admiralty so it’s reasonable convenient.

I had a room just above the chinese resturant which was very accessable to it for lunch, and the open style of washroom was exceptional wonderful.... it had a deep square bath tub and a shower besides the separate toilet
the closing time for water spa was too early, they should open a bit late during the summer

The kids had fun at the playroom and the swimming pool (although all swimming pools were not opened). We like the design of the hotel, it doesn't look and feel like a huge cold hotel. We could enjoy a drink on the terrace of Marina Kitchen while the kids were playing inside at the playroom.
Small activities booths were closed and food was quite pricey at the Marina Kitchen buffet. The double beds and the room were a little bit small for 4 people but it was fine for one night.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, the complimentary snack bar is interesting. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to an aquarium and a water park, so many families stay here. Train station is near by (5 mins walk).

The kids like the playroom very much.
As Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Ellite member, I am a bit disappointed that this resort hotel does not offer complimentary access to the lounge, and the late check out can only be arranged to 2 pm.
