Excellent sport and spa facility. Priceless view from the pool to the beach. Very kids friendly. Easy to reach.

When you enter the hotel you don't feel welcomed. From the structure of the reception, to how you're greeted by the reception personnel, nothing is warm and welcoming. Our room (family double) was not like a 4 star hotel. Pretty small with not so comfy beds.

Meals, staff, facilities, views - everything deserves 5 stars As per location- you can drive to both sides of the lake from there Focused on a children’s care and entertainment - from a crib at the pool to electric cars - favorite activity every morning.

The food was exceptionally tasty, with a wide variety. Most of the staff members were really helpful and kind. The location is excellent, the beach view is breathtaking.

The room we booked was advertised as housing 3 twin beds. That proved to be false information. The room had only two functional twin beds and a sofa bed way too small for an average adult, and far from being comfortable. The staff - although being on the defensive and trying to explain why a small pull-out sofa bed would qualify as a twin bed - tried to remedy the situation by providing a transportable extra bed. It's a bed all right, but not a sleeping surface you would expect in a hotel of 4+ stars.

The location was really beautiful nice spot.

The invoicing was really slow. When I have arrived I got a room with a lake view. I only saw the swimming pool roof not the lake and had to complain to change my room to a real lake view room. Then, I was charged higher rate as it was located on the 3rd floor. I have received a family room which was devided with a door into two parts. Unfortunately, I heard the couple next door the whole night as if they were in my room.

Nothing went well. We were never offered a chance to book a better room, we had to stay ina room with view to a tent!, and kids have slept on sofa...why no one offered us an extra room as I have requested?

People speaking english, very poor. no one speaks english at all, german only....hard to communicate...also ants were walking on our bedrooms floor and in bathroom. is that healthy or o.k.? what do you think?

The only good thing at this hotel is the location

Breakfast and dinner were a bad joke. We stayed at 3 star pensions with better breakfast 🙄 very limited options- if you are vegan or vegetarian the only option are rice and potatoes and some pickled vegetables 😔for sure you can eat better at some fast food restaurant 😔 The restaurant was with spiderwebs on the ceiling and on the lamps- natural decoration for Halloween, probably. Even it wasn’t in peak season they still have the electric Minicar program only one hour per day - between 10-11 AM, my suggestion is to add another hour, in the afternoon/evening. In that case if you stay only one night kids can use this facility 😊 Minibar was empty. Very small bathroom and no windows or ventilation at all. Continuous noise all night from some Hotel pumps or ventilation systems 🙄
