Good food choice, great Hungarian food experience, private parking, live music during dinner

Aquaworld public area is available not just to hotel guests, and it was at least two times as many people then it should be inside, so experience was very stresfull with two young children. Rooms are ready for refreshment.

It was our second stay at the hotel, but I must admit I remembered it being better. The room was ok, spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Last time I was amazed by the pillows but as if they were different this, time... The pools were nice, and clean as well. Kids playhouse is a great thing to have! Kudos for that

For the same period and the same length of stay, we paid almost double, yet I must say the quality of the food is not as good as it was, nor were the choices... There were a lot, lot more people, so of course this contributed also to the fact that our stay was less pleasurable And finally, shower heads need to be changed the water stream is practically hurting you while you shower.

This is a nice resort catering mostly to families with little kids. I had a great time. The solarium pool is 36C and not used that much. It is away from the kids area as well. The food both breakfast and dinner were well prepared and varied. They do not supply any beverages with dinner, so if you want water, you must pay. I didn't bother. My jr. suite was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. They have a mall whi.ch is walkable but not advisable because of the road. Taxi was cheap. This is not the hotel/spa to stay in if you are looking to see the city of Budapest as it's quite a distance in expensive taxis.

When checking out, the man said he wanted more money for my upgrade. I told him I had already paid when I checked in but he kept me at the desk for quite awhile checking. I wasn't about to pay anything else and he finally got the message.

This is a great hotel. My kids loved the water park. The food is very good. The hotel is well-kept and clean. They have a lot of activities for kids. Gymbory inside, staff to entertain the guests - very nice! Everyone loved it.

Lines during breakfast for the pancakes - It was impossible to get one. It was hard to get a late checkout and the hotel asked us to pay extra to use the water park during our last day (we had a late flight and wanted to stay at the hotel after checkout). The staff is not always friendly. When we asked for ice, they gave it to us but not nicely.

The property is big, clean with good standards. The Aquapark is incredible, several slides and swimming pools for adults and children in a warm temperature. The hotel is really prepared to welcome families with kids, with a section for small children at breakfast, big kids play area with supervision, Bongo (its own caracter) that appears for kids during meals and in the children areas. My boy loved it! Breakfast and dinner were also very good. We received an upgrade of room, which it was much appreciated.

Our room, despite of looking clean and tidy, caused me a serious allergy. Everytime I stepped inside, it’d start unfortunately. One of the ladies changing trays during dinner nearly knock my boy’s head with a hot tray and never even acknowledged. It could be a very bad accident. For the last, the food served by the Aquapark was poor quality and the staff was quite rude. We would still come back despite of these. They are just points for improvement.

Everything was perfect, as always, we like to visit this hotel, so the room, food, spa zone, staff… everything was extraordinary.

There’s one thing we could complain about, people in spa zone (saunas) are usually talking, there all over signs that this zone is a place for relaxing, but people are not paying attention to it. Maybe it would be great if someone from the staff could just walk around and be sure that this rules are obeyed. I was talking about saunas in the hotel region… in the other part (where slides are) people are also too loud, but that is almost public area, still sauna is sauna, spa is a place for peace and quiet, not a cafe for reunions and dates with your friends.

The aquapark was excellent, but we especially enjoyed the hotel pool area with thermal indoor pools and heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi part. Easy access to the city center with the direct bus 230 or nearby with 30 or 30A connection to tram and metro. Good kids club and great that it was an option to leave the kids with the staff there for up to 3 hours, although my kids didn’t want to try to stay there alone. Great value for money

The selection of food for the kids at the evening buffet was very limited: one day only noodles with poppy seeds and Nesquick cereal with milk at the kids buffet table. The extra bed (3 people in one from) was really hard and uncomfortable as we could feel the springs - and none of us are heavy 🤣

Comfy rooms, everything is very clean, great food

Furniture in the rooms is getting to be slightly outdated, so it might need an update pretty soon. As far as the pools, they really need to put a much more realistic limit on how many people are admitted from outside of the hotel on days/weekends when the hotel is already full of guests. Our Saturday was unbelievably and unbearably crowded thanks to outside guests, I don't think anyone could have enjoyed being in the pools with that many people, it was stressful and pointless.

We booked a one bedroom apartment, the room was very big, very clean, it has a coffee machine and a microwave oven. We received bath robes and towels to use at the pools. We had breakfest and dinner included, a big variety of food, very delicious. The hotel also has a kids play area and animation program for kids. The check in/check out process was verry fast. The pools and aquapark were great, a lot of water slides, a pool and play area with water slides for smaller children, a few big jacuzzis, sauna also included. They also have a gaming room where you can relax and play all sort of games. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A bit confused on how to find our room, which was not situated in the main building, no clear signs.During the weekend in the aquapark area it was a bit too crouded, could not find an empty sun bed to leave our things, as people from outside the hotel are also allowed to access the aquapark.

Everything. It was better than we expected for our 1st time here. A kids dream. Our daughter is 4 and there was sooo much she could do. The splash zones outside there were 2 one for younger toddlers and 1 for older ones, she loved both. 2 outdoor playgrounds for older and younger kids. So many swimming pools to enjoy indoor and out. We loved the wave pool, mini whirlpool river, the family slide. She loved Bongo the mascot, so cool he came to the pool & breakfast/dinners to say hi. She enjoyed kids club it has a softplay there and age 3 and above can stay for up to 3hrs unsupervised- very handy for some sunbathing/gym/spa time or to use the flumes which she is not tall enough for. The gym facilities are brilliant, the spa facilities also great, I had a lovely massage. They also managed to find us a pool view room as requested instead of car park, always worth asking and they had a sofa bed for our daughter. We also paid approx 12euro per adult (daughter free) for extra use of the aqua park on our checkout day which was brilliant. We loved our 1 night stay and wish we stayed longer but it was fully booked. Food was brilliant too, so much choice. The ice cream outside and pancakes in the food court (both extra £) but tasted so yummy oh and the mocktails and cocktails. We will hopefully be back next summer for longer , thank you

If i had to be picky- It would be good for dinner to come with some soft drinks included in the half board package not just water, we paid a lot of money for 1 night so you'd think we'd at least get a soft drink each with your meal. We also didn't have any tea coffee facilities in our room as pictured and only 1 small bottle of water between 3 of us. Also out of all the flumes there all approx 1.4m except 2. It would be good for some more flumes for 1m older. When we went to Dubai they had a lot more for smaller kids so this would be nice to see as my daughter loves water slides.
