Vitta Hotel Superior Budapest

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel in Budapest that exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our visit. Not only did they promptly address our request for a double bed, but they also made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast offered at the hotel was simply outstanding. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Speaking of location, the hotel couldn't have been better situated. Metro and bus are nearby which is great!

What is there not to like? Our stay was flawless, and we encountered no problems whatsoever.

My Cars brakes failed Driving through Budapest so while the vehicle was repaired i stayed 3 nights in the Hotel..The Reason for the choice was simple ,its 200 Yards walking distance from the Mechanics garage which was a blessing..So to serve the purpose I needed a Simple Standard Comfortable room with nothing luxury. Vitta Hotel did the job perfectly for me. There is a nice Supermarket underneath the Hotel open til 8pm and a Massive car park for a few hundred cars. 8 mins walk to Metro Station and Bus Stop is 200 Yards to the Hotel.Staff were helpful, informative. Some to my Surprise previously worked at a Country Club in a Town I used to live in the UK. They spoke perfect English its Brilliant.All in all Clean Comfortable room woth a Clean perfectly working relaxing Shower at a very very reasonable cost per night with Breakfast is not something I will complain. Having Soap and Shampoo dispenser is good but with some Soap or Shampoo in them definitely would help :) There is a Big Supermarket and plenty of Shampoos and Shower Gels to choose from. I dont like Hotel Soaps and Shapoos anyway...BUT Breakfast is very limited and Poor it did not enough on offer. Breakfast is served til 11am and turning up at 9.30 and all I could have was some Toast Butter Jam and Cereals. Eggs for the first day but the second day no eggs at all. I am Jewish Pork Salami Sausages are not my Diet but I expect some more stuff for the Breakfast. It actually let the Hotel down big time.

First of all, I would like to emphasize that we booked this hotel because of the affordable price, and we received excellent service and that everything exceeded our expectations! The parking lot is secured, illuminated and under video surveillance. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you with all your questions and concerns. The room was new, renovated, very clean and quiet, ideal for rest. You have everything you need in the room. The bathroom is completely new and the hygiene is really at an enviable level. The breakfast is phenomenal! A large selection, fresh food and a surprisingly large selection of coffees, teas and juices (there is even coffee to take away). Excellent connection to the city center (10 minutes by direct metro line M3). We will certainly be happy to return to this hotel whenever we visit Budapest.

A little bit out of budapest Center, but a bus just outside takes you to the trains to get in relatively quickly! No air-conditioning but had a window to the outside we could fully open.

Hotel fine, rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast complete and very good. Parking in front of the hotel for a few cars, but there were no problems to park and leave the car for the day in front of the hotel. About 5-8 minutes to the metro station, so if you want to visit Budapest, it is better to leave the car at the hotel and take the metro, as the connection grid despite the renovation of the metro line gives you the possibility to get to the centre quickly.

At first, I was a little intimidated by the proximity to the large and noisy exit street towards Vac, which was just noisy. However, it was quiet in the room despite the proximity to the street with the window closed.

The breakfast was excellent, and the girl who worked in the hall for breakfast kept the hygiene in excellent condition and was very kind <3 We also had a parking space in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly. You can't find better for this price and conditions. Excellent heating in the room.

They could work on the hygiene of the bathroom and bed sheets, there were hairs, stains and unpleasant smells. Also, we were in a room where the refrigerator could be heard constantly.

the location was far from the city center the staff were too unfriendly specially the supervisor i think this is his job he was so unfriendly and talk like we work for him he warnend me 4-5 if i don’t pay i must leave the property even though he know i didn’t do anything but my friend turned on a cigarette for one second in the room i had to pay 10€ for early check in and 50€ charge because of the cigarettes even it was like a moment but he lied too much like i need to bring Oxygen Maschine now 😅 the staff were unfriendly

Friendly staff, free parking (possible in front of the main door and behind of the hotel. Supermarket is located in the same building as hotel, petrol station is nearby. Metro station is about 500 m walk (metro line nr 3, station Ujpest-Varoskapo; with metro some 20 minutes to the old town). Also is riverbank quite nearby.

In late evening is the surrounding a bit scary :) when to walk from metrostation to the hotel.

Facility quite good. It is obvious that it was refurbished some years ago. It has super breakfast and free parking. Staff was helpful and pleasant to talk with.

Some details shows that during refurbishment craftsman’s work was not on the level that is supposed to be therefore some wallpaper and floor might feel like not attached firmly on the surface.

Breakfast was excellent!! Good location, easy to access main attractions in the city. Good motorway options to get to the airport (about 30 mins away). Some food options close by, and grocery store very close.

Sometimes a bad smell in the hallway. We booked two triple rooms, and one had an outstanding shower (pressure, heat etc), the other had a terrible shower (no pressure, shower head clogged).
