The B&B is located just below the world-famous Fisherman's Bastion, in a quiet street were we could park our car in front of the owner's garage without having to pay a fee - which would be the rule anywhere else in Budapest, and a problem for those, like us, who didn't purchase Hungarian Forints before travelling. Our room was on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city. Our hosts were very helpful; while eating a good breakfast Balint informed us that we could travel on all public transports by paying via an Android App an inexpensive ticket, less than 7 Euros and free for the Over 65. Wi-Fi is OK.

Everything was as expected; anyway, since the rooms are NOT accessible by elevator and the stairs are narrow, this B&B is not a good choice for mobility impaired travellers.

It was perfect location - amazing if you wanna explore Budapest. Because it was located 5 minutes maximum from the Fisherman Bastion and you were also very near to the buses and metros if you wanna go to the city centre. Sometimes we went by foot just for the walk, sometimes we took the city transport, everything great. Stuff was also very nice - Lajos, Balint and Olga, lot of thanks! They do everything for you to feel like at home. And breakfast was nice too, you had everything you needed and big plus is that you even can sit on the balcony and enjoy beautiful view. I am sure that if we go again i future, we will chose again this accommodation.

The only thing which we did not like were strange noises comming from the heating during the whole night, so first night we were not able to sleep much, but next night was good, cos we bought earplugs. I guess this problem will not be in the summer because there will not be nead to heat, it was not anything horrible, but if you had a very light sleep like us, then it can be a problem. But if you come with earplugs and you know it in advance, then totally no problem :-)

Near to the castle.You can go to the centre with metro and you can return from deak ferenc ter with bus 16 or 216 to avoid walking.Details really useful from reception and the owner, so to avoid many things that offer to tourists.The breakfast was really good,the place is only a few meters from castle.The room had everything that someone needs.Everyday cleaning!I would suggest it for everyone that visits budapest.You would not regret it.If you don't like museums-like me-avoid budapest card and prefer the bus hop and daily tickets .

As a greek,i couldn't find freddo esresso or bugatsa.

Everything was more than perfect! A cozy guesthouse with a special vibe. Family atmosphere, very simple but welcoming rooms decorated in a traditional style. It is a small accommodation, for sociable and unpretentious travelers located in a silent area. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff very kind. Very close to the main sights in Buda and to a short walk to the Chain Bridge and Parliament. We will definitely come back. Special thanks to the owner Lajos and Balint as well as the lady for all the support provided during the stay. People with beautiful soul who put passion into everything they do!

Very good quiet location under the castle. Bed was good and comfortable. Tasty breakfast every morning. Nice staff.

Room was very good, but there was a cobwebs in the corners. Maybe a little bit more care while cleaning.

Bálint was amazing! Leaving instructions for me to get in for my late arrival, talking to me about all things Hungarian and giving me amazing suggestions for things to do and see in Budapest.

Beeing accomodated at 2nd Floor with perfect view to Parlament and city, there was good time to spend on the big balcony. Very close location WALKING DISTANCE, to Budapest most visited Sightseeing Place CASTLE AND MATTHIAS CHURCH Fisherman Bastei. . Overwhelming friendlyness of Lajos family. Good choice at Breakfast Buffet. Easygoing access not to many stairs to reach Bellevue BB by using CASTLE Busline16 or 16 A. running every 10 minutes early morning to late night either from RED LINE Number 2, METROSTATION SZELL KALMAN TER, only on stop from DELI TRAIN STATION, or Citycenter Metro Hub RED LINE and others FERENC DEAK. Forget moving around in Budapest with your own car. Best Public transportation System ever experience in Big Metropolis. We can 100 % recommand BELLEVUE BB 👌👌😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😎🤩👌👌

Breakfast service should at least start at 8 AM. Be aware of NO ELEVATOR.

The place is clean, warm and comfortable. Our room was on the last floor so we had to climb a bit up the stairs but that was a problem only on the first day, when we had our luggage. The beds are good, we had a spare heater in case of being cold, which we didn't even need to use since it was, as I mentioned, warm and, besides, we spent most of the time in the city itself. The Buda castle, Fishermen's bastion and several excellent museums are very close. The Batthyány station, with metro, tram and buses, is 10 minutes away, providing a good link to the entire city. Breakfast was nice with a variety of hams, bread and cheese types and sweets. The self check-in works perfectly, allowing you to arrive at any time of the day or night. Lajos, the innkeeper, is a very pleasant person, kind and understanding, always willing to help. Bálint, the main worker, was always available either in person or via phone for any questions necessary. Long story short, if you are coming to Budapest, especially if you come for the museums and other cultural venues, I would recommend this place at any time, especially for young people.

The only thing that was out of order was our bathroom door, which could be closed but not locked. Perhaps the towels could be changed on every two, not three days.

We were personally greeted upon arrival by the owner. Cozy, friendly, quaint are the three best words to sum up the atmosphere. The breakfast was simple and delicious, served outdoors on the balcony with views of the Parliament. Both Lajos and Bálint gave us valuable information on how to reach certain destinations. Our room overlooked a green space below the Fisherman's Bastion, providing some peace for the night. A unique find in Budapest.

The location was terrific. I couldn't expect anything better. The price was very reasonable. And the place was clean. The owners are very friendly. once, I went to the kitchen to make some videos because you can see the Parliament building from the balcony, but Mrs owner thought I am there for breakfast and told me COFFEE IN 5 MINS. I tried to explain I am not here for coffee because it was before breakfast time. I recorded my video and went back to my room, few minutes later she was at my door with a beautiful tray of Coffee, UNBELIVABLE!

I usually check a few parameters to book accommodation. Cleanness, location and breakfast. This place has a good review for the breakfast, and it is a bed and breakfast accommodation. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. There was no warm food, options were very basic, something I will not use to host my guests.
