Very good location, the room was very nice and clean, also modern.

The bathroom is a bit too small. The staff wasn’t very friendly, especially at the restaurant. At breakfast, although there were spare tables, they didn’t clean them after guest were leaving, so we, as a family of three, didn’t have space. We had to ask several employees to clean a table for us. The restaurant has very few options for dinner. They charged us more than the prices indicated in the menu. The door locker had a problem and it didn’t open until multiple trying. The cleaning staff that we asked for help didn’t speak English at all.

Breakfast was excellent. So was the service.

Room was well appointed with black-out curtains - very quiet. Shower etc great and staff helped on arrival with my request for a high room. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Hotel was a little further than I had hoped for the city centre but it is walkable and also using the Bolt taxi app you can get very cheap taxis that mean you just pay automatically via the app. It was great for using for the whole trip.

I did not have a cell phone (another story). The night before checking out, I asked a young guy at the front desk to be waken up at 3am... insisted "Are you sure you will not forget?" he said that he would write it down in the agenda right away. My flight was schedulled to leave at 6:00am. Nobody woke me up, I was lucky to wake up by myself at 3:20 and made it on time. It was my daughter´s graduation and I had to be at my final destination on time. If he would have woken me up at 6:30am as he said he was going to... it would have ruined a very important personal and family ceremony. Very

We arrived by car and it was good that the hotel has inside garage, which is on extra payment, but safe and comfortable. Staff at the reception was very friendly, but professional and provided all information we needed. We got a very nice spacious room with the windows oriented to be park in front of the hotel. Hotel interior is modern and good looking too. The hotel is bit more far away from the city center, but there is a public transport nearby, we prefered to use a Lime Scooters to get comfortably to the city center. If we will go back to Budapest we will surely consider to stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was not bad, but we missed some more of fruit and sweet pastry.

The hotel was lovely. It was nice & spacious. The beds were v comfortable & there was a good selection for breakfast. There was a nice vibe to the hotel & I loved the funky car in the lobby.

I hadn’t read the welcome information & hadn’t realised that we had to request cleaning services. Perhaps This could have been mentioned at checkin by reception. I didn’t want a big clean - just to have bins emptied daily & new shower gel (as we travelled hand luggage only) but it was my own fault as I didn’t read the information provided so I cannot criticise the hotel for this.

The room was very nice, with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious.

I would have liked to find a toothbrush with a tube of toothpaste among the amenities in the room.

Excellent place, the metro is nearby with info desk for airport transportation or domestic trains. It is located under the castle hill and is connected with under path with tram and bus stops. The rooms are modern and totally renovated with hot water for the bath, warm room temperature and boiling water machine and coffee/ tea portions for the fist cup of the day. The bathroom was nice and clean.The room had an artistic touch with special wall decorations and flowers in the vases. It was a perfect accommodation / price choice.

Comfortable, lovely bar entertainment

It was a little out of the way. Although dinner was included in our package the dining room was unaware, it took a long time to be served and because I have a food allergy they served me the most bland and uninspiring meal I had on my whole 7 weeks abroad. It also took a very long time to be served in the bar.

Metro 150 mtrs away all trams and buses very close to hotel the Bed was massive and very comfortable which for us was very important. Room wasn’t cleaned daily nor fresh towels due to covid but only had to ask it it was sorted

Breakfast could have have maybe some bacon and egg beans etc for us brits but there was plenty of fruit and yogurt fresh croissants
