I was in this hotel for the second time and both times it was very relaxing and pleasant stay. The views are astonishing and calming. During the heat wave air conditioning was irreplaceable - it should be mentioned on booking ! Pools could be open a little bit longer Staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was tasty but it is a bit boring after more than 3 days - small change would be great , like one individual dish for each day Kitchen is greatly equipped- even have the wine opener :)

Rooms were not greatly soundproof , although the hotel itself is very quiet, so it didn't bother us

When we visited Budapest, it was +35C' therefore, we were looking for a place close to the city (20 - 25min driving distance) outside the city, where we could walk out with dogs, too. We stayed at separate chalets. It is big enough for 3 persons and two dogs, and it has its own terrace. I guess even in every house there would be someone the distance between houses is good enough not to disturb each other. The swimming pool inside is very warm (at least for me). There is also a small pool for dogs and a lot of space around where to walk. Breakfast was the proper one - all good. We were sitting outside with dogs, but I think it was allowed also to be inside. BTW, if you are planning to visit the left side, then this is a very good parking - MÉLYGARÁZS VÁRKERT BAZÁR. On Friday evening, there was a lot of space. Price - 4.5EUR for 3 hours.

The only thing I would wish for is AC, as it was very hot outside. However, we were sleeping with open windows, and it was all good.

The area is amazing, lots of nature, the birds are singing... Our chalet was very cosy with everything you need including a private sauna and a lovely veranda overlooking the greenery. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay longer to use all the great facilities (swimming pool) 😁

The boiler wasn't working although new (no hot water). We attended an event in the hotel until late, and the repairman could come in the morning when we were leaving. Anyway, it was summertime so it didn't spoil the overall impression much.

Perfect location near to Budapest city centre in nature. Good basic breakfast. Wonderful personal on the reception. Nice place with swimming pool. Also dedicated pool for dogs. Pet friendly place.

During the weekend (Saturday) was very noisy night, because on others cottage's were 2 bachelor parties longly till morning. And one wedding party. After the weekend were silent nights fortunately.

well built houses clean simple & useful buildings you are in the middle of nature well organized advised for families with children

just an improvement opportunity is the breakfast. There could be different options during days & more options fits better for such a great place

We liked the location and the concept of the hotel very much.

Inconsistent quality and presentation of the breakfast. Needs updating and maintenance. Added one more night to our stay, and the price for one more night, during the week also, was a lot higher daily rate than the other nights. You cannot make reservations at the hotel, you have to use booking.

We rented two wooden houses for a group of 9 ppl and it was a perfect fit. Nice location (easy to reach by car), well-equipped kitchen and the heating system worked very well. The staff was kind and responsive for all of our questions, already via messages. Breakfast was also really good, especially for a ***accommodation: next to cold options they offered scrambled eggs and sausages. It’s in the middle of nature so I am sure that during summer it looks beautiful with all the greenery.

The mattresses on the beds seem a bit old but for one night it was okay.

Breakfast was good , it was mostly continental but they served sausages and scrambled eggs that was nice, there where 3 pools when we was traveling opened was only inside pool but it was promised to be +17 so I cannot blame them that other pools was shut we did not used spa but there where an option

The restaurant was 6/10 small choice - maybe they do not serve food that much or we was there out of season. We know before we went that place is not easy to travel without a car - to go to local town to buy a food was £10 return on bolt. To go to central Budapest on Bolt was £20 return. To go to town on bus was 1h 10 min and you need to be 10 min early on bus stop leave without you.

Everything was excellent. The staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was really nice, and good value for money.

Great location for relaxing and be in nature, surround it by forest. Places for outdoor game (footbal, tennis). Wood houses are very good, large bathroom and sauna inside.

The extra bed (coach) very bad for sleeping. Outside pool is closed, but it's not appear on booking.
