The staff is very kind!! The room was very nice it had everything we need! Good breakfast.

It's a little far from city center by walking distance, but you have the tram literally in front of the hotel!

Great location, right next to St. Lucas baths and close to public transport. Staff was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. The bed was comfy, we found both the toom and bathroom clean and the included breakfast was really good.

Bathroom is extremely small, and the shower is built in. a way that makes it impossible to not splash water all over the bathroom floor. The floor is supposed to be slanted in order for the water to drain, but it just was’t built that way so we needed to ask for housekeeping every day of our stay, to clean up the pool of water from the bathroom. The room was also slightly cold at night with no option of changing the temperature.

The pool was amazing and the whole reason for the original booking. Appealing room rate with a solid breakfast. The four guys on the desk were all really lovely and very helpful; Andrew, David, Peter and Martin. Great job fellas! You added to the stay. Our room was tight, but very cool in the heat. The location was great. It's right outside a tram stop and next door to a 400-year-old bath house. The bed was very comfortable and the room has a fridge and air conditioner.

Given the room rate, the small bath room and tight space of the bedroom was tolerated. There was nothing that we didn't like as such The room was clean and good value for the money. A few lounges for guests around the pool, just in one area would be great. I'd be happy even to hire them if they existed.

Good location. Good people on hotel reception always will help to tourist. Free pool for swimming I did not use because I love baths when I visited Budapest... Good for short visit a Budapest for 2-3 days.

better breakfast better quality of ham salami when I go at 9:00 only bread was and limited choice breadroll was not available.... I like this more like only basic bread it was eaten and not refilled... Hotel is not luxury so also breakfast...had not so quality ingredients... Mint pepermint tea was not available...in past was and I like this flavour to my stomach...only black or fruit tea was available..at all breakfast do not taste me in this hotel...-:( I like him for location...but... Also can be cheaper price for hotel...nights...

We liked the liked the staff from the receptionist who willing to help and provide details. The housekeeping was very nice they changed our towels every day. The breakfast was very tasty. MY frds suggested to take pest side but then i choose this hotel at buda side. It was very accessible. Tram stop in front of hotel. Very quiet area as well. I really loved the place and there was swimming pool which we didn't use but it was looking very nice... the toilet is small but still was very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. köszönöm guys...

The light in the room was dim only at night

This is a good place not far from the center. It is clean and safe with friendly staff. Usually, it is good value. At the same time for less money, you can expect a bit less. An interesting feature is the swimming pool, which is available in some selected hours. Usually, the room is reasonably spacious, with a very small bathroom. Parking is possible in front of the hotel - free of charge from 20:00 until 8:30. It is within walking distance to Margit Bridge where there is a hub of public transport for multiple directions.

There are small inconveniences because no place is perfect, nothing serious - 1) breakfast, there is a variety of food but usually some cheaper versions, not exactly healthy food + breakfast room is small if you have bad luck visiting in the peak hour. Come earlier or later. 2) room noise - some rooms with a view into the street are noisier as the tram circulates until late and early morning. 3) bathrooms are very small, so the washbasin is a micro toilet version and the architect was fighting with a space 4) Parking - the municipality will fine you exactly 8:30 or even earlier, so have your parking ticket ready in advance, and be courageous to fight back.

The hotel is located just next to Komjadi uszoda/pool, and can be used if you're a hotel guest. Trams and buses are just a corner away, which are easy and fast modes of transportation if one needs to get around. The room was not huge but enough for its purpose. Being in an old building it was renovated, comfy, neat and really clean. Breakfast was nice, they offered yoghurts, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, some fruits, vegetables and dips. They also had some cereals, tea selection and a coffee machine. The staff upon check-in was extremely nice. As i arrived quite late close to midnight and just hoped for a good night's sleep, he was flexible managing a later check-out time. Staff overall were lovely and helpful. Thank you for the experience! ;)

The tv is really small, so if you go for the in-room entertainment, it's not for you :) Also, if you're a light sleeper, i'd recommend the rooms facing the garden/pool side, as the tram might bother some.

The building is old (almost 200 years), the rooms and furniture too (less than 200), you can see the damage but the price was very tempting. Breakfast average. The biggest advantage the outdoor heated pool. Full size! Quite good location, close to the river, easy walk to the other bank.

no parking, car stays on the street. No lift, with large and heavy luggage you can have problems with getting up. Trams running from the street. At a good price it is worth it.

the 50 m olympic pool usable all day for hotel guests was fantastic. we liked the sport atmosphere there very much. besides it was veey hot in these days , so we appreciated clean water and the nice atmosphere around. the beakfast was excellent and the service , too. everybody was very helpl, especially fot some difficult traffic connections the rooms were a little to small, but you cannot change a house which was constructed for sport purpose around a pool. if you are only one or two nights there you hear in the morning passing trams from the streets.. but as we used them during the day it did not disturb us.
