We used this hotel for a short one-night stay on a longer business route. It is what you would expect from a Sheraton, but some things are getting old and could need some refurbishment. Big parking lot and a convenient DC EV charger available. It's in their lot, but it's not theirs. You have to pay separately for the charging registering on an app

We arrived at 10 PM and there was no meal option available for late arriving guests (there is a McDonald's nearby, though). Also, the minibar is empty, even if you have to pay a deposit at check-in.

Kind staff, facilities,excellent and relaxing wellness. Varied breakfast with friendly waiters. The room is large and comfortable. Spa with steam and dry saunas.

After I came from the shower, I looked for the hair dryer but I couldn't find it.The hair dryer was in the last compartment of the wardrobe hidden behind the bed quilt. Although the shelves were almost empty.I called the reception and miss told me to look in the wardrobe because it must be there, but she didn't called again to ask me if I found it or not. I found it later when I removed the quilt.Anyway, the hair dried in the meantime. There were many cobwebs on the windows.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, nice breakfast

The restaurant doesn’t care about client too much: e.g. they forgot to add olives in a dish with olives; add a lot of pepper when asked to not at all… Waiter didn’t care. In the end a waitress comes and apologized for her colleague and chef and give some discount. Hope they will better train the other waiter and the chef.

The spa center on the top floor with pool is worth a visit and is included in the room rate. The restaurant quite close to "fine dining", narrow choice, but excellent cooked and plated and not too pricey. Breakfast offers a large variety. Beds very comfortable, low noise level of A/C. Location is about 15 min to downtown and very convenient to exit the highway to Szeged or Budapest

Rooms rate a bit too high for a small town like Kecskemet, why one has to pay parking separately? Some of the staff not very friendly

Great hotel, I recommend it

The hotel is well located, but we hit roadworks in the middle of the night and we wandered around the area for almost an hour before we found it. The receptionist probably stayed longer at work and helped us get there, so thank you very much for your help :)

Comfortable bed, lots of storage space, nice lobby, quiet corridor floors with soft carpet, decent spa area.

Our room was near the elevator and you could hear the bell of it when the doors opened. The reception staff was distant and not very welcoming. Some smiles and attention to the customers could make an easy difference.

They need to pay a little attention to the dusk. Too much on the table and furniture, maybe the room wasn t used in the last days...but full of dusk ! We booked 2 adl and we took, a triple room....we couldn t move in the room, because of the 3 bed, prepaired. Why ? It was to late, to change the room...

everything was great ! the best is the bed and pillows for a traveller this is the most important !

very clean everywhere. polite helpful staff. lovely room with really comfy bed and curtains that block out all the light for a great nights sleep. excellent quality food also.

The hotel restaurant could improve a bit, was difficult to get the attention of the waiters, final bill was wrong and their steaks will need some work.
