The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of just about everything I would like to see. My room was comfortable, and the bed was adequate.

The pool/hot tub water temperature was a bit chilly. Plus, not all saunas were operational during my visit. It would be nice to have full access to all offerings in the wellness center. As for WiFi, the signals were weak in several parts of my room and there were multiple networks used in the building, each with limited effective range. The consumer experience would be improved if this was consolidated under one WiFi network serving the entire property.

A lovely post WW2 building with unexpected SPA facilities in the basement. Breakfast was very nice and the hotel made a special effort for my wife’s need for gluten free food. The restaurant nearby (number 7 is all I can remember) is really excellent. There is a superb 1956 steam locomotive on a plinth next to the station.

The hotel is great. The spa complex is amazing. This is our second time at this hotel. The best was when we approached the hotel with a request for an upgrade because we were celebrating a wedding anniversary: ​​the hotel upgraded the room and even bought us delicious sushi dishes at the house's expense. Suggest everyone to ask for an upgrade and free sushi.

Location , it is close to aircraft museum anr river Tisa.. Cleanness and good heating system, parking is available for visitors for free. Nice pool and sauna its very good for relaxing after day of travel and walk. Fair prices for mini bar items.

The receptioner doesen t know very good english and it was a little bit difficult to give me an invoice And in the morning i was wake up with load voices because of the room was nearby reception The bad is also too small even if it is just for 1 person

We had the entire wellness part only for our family for hours, with two different sauna possibilities, jacuzzi and everything else. We really enjoyed it a lot. Free parking was also available. Place was quiet.

I loved my stay here. The staff at the reception was really friendly and my room was super clean and comfortable. Would definitly recommend it.

The shower could be renewed, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Comfortable bed, extreme cleanliness, a pleasant smell of soap welcomed me every time I entered the room. But also, saunas open all day, and a little pool and whirlpool to quench off and relax... And they even have an entertainment area above the restaurant... Really this place is quite a gem. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodated all my requests. I will be back!

My only remark would be that during breakfast the music or worse a stupid talk show on the radio felt really inappropriate for the moment. I had farting noises coming through the speakers for a solid 20 minutes. In hindsight, I should have asked them to change radio station.

Good location, very tasty breakfast, nice and helpful staff, very cheap minibar. Beautiful small pool and 3 types of saunas, very relaxing.

Narrow parking lot entry. The gym is not really a gym, 1 indoor bicicle, 1 running lane-not working, 1 multifuntional weight system , everything is old and useless at the gym.

Furnishings and decoration provide an 19-nineties atmosphere. Reception is open till 22:00. Service is friendly. OK buffet breakfast. Hazam is a practical & comfortable hotel, and we had a good stay.
