The location is great, the rooms are clean and the area is very calm but not too remote from the town, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is very good and everything is fresh.

The waste containers in front of the building were overloaded and the rubbish was spreading around the yard. Probably the local waste management policy problem, not the B&B management fault.

Amazing location right next to the lake, walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, bars etc. The room was very clean with nice new furniture, not too big but just enough for two people (a couple). We definitely recommend the breakfast - it was so tasty and such a wide variety of options! Really enjoyable stay, thank you very much!

The room is not big but clean. Location is good. Chocolate croissant during breakfast was good. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful lake.

Bathroom and room amenities could have been better. Wish we had the lake view room but we did not know until we got the key. Breakfast spread were limited and it was not replenished although we had not taken it yet.

The communication with the staff was fluent and easy, if you're late with the check-in, they send you an SMS with the code of the key-safe. My child is 11-months old, they had provide me a childs bed, which was perfect for us (we brought our own blanket and food-warmer).

It was a bit tricky to find the location for the key-safe: it is behind the main entrance (on the opposite side of the lake). The room was comfortable, but a little bit to warm for me - but my wife liked it, so it can be a personal preference.

Everything was good, the breakfast was great, better than expected. The was a language barrier but nothing to worry about.

The bed was not comfortable, a slightly bigger and smarter TV could be a good fit.

Huge plate with meat, cheese and veggies for breakfast and choice of bread. Not just filter coffee, offering cappuccino and others as well.

Had no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery over the lake, sure not a fault of the hotel 😉
