Modern interior design, wellness facility, sauna, good quality breakfast, friendly staff.

They tried charging ~30% higher for the rooms than what we booked them for (corrected after we raised concerns). Ceiling in the wellness was leaking. Room in front of the elevator was weirdly located next to a service closet. Restaurant (for dinner) had extremely slow service (we waited 1h).

A very nice stay in the heart of Tokaj. A fresh new hotel which offers all you need, from wellness facilities to a nice restaurant, which we have not tried out in the end, to even suprising us with a free wine tasting during one of the nights. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection. The spa facilities were clean although small. However it did not bother us as there were not too many guests.

During our stay the parking for the hotel was full, and also I find it a bit odd to ask additional money for a parking spot, especially at a high end hotel like this. The pillows and the bed could be a bit less soft. But all in all no big complaints.

I liked pretty much everything. New hotel, available parking, very kind staff, good restaurant, large room and bathroom... Location is also good, central in the town of Tokaj and good base to explore the Tokaj wine region.

The bed in my room was a little bit to soft for me but that doesn't affect much the general great impression of the hotel. Also, price per night is not very cheap, it's comparable to what you would expect for a similar hotel in Budapest, for instance.

New and clean hotel, it has the best location in the city. Most of the crew are polite and kind. The food was delicious, we liked the selection of the breakfast buffet as well. The two saunas and the pool were enough for us, it wasn't too crowded.

We had some small issues, but resolved quickly (no remote for TV, lack of chairs and table on balcony) The breakfast place has too few tables, we had to wait sometimes. The serving of different plates at breakfast on the buffet table was small and ran out quickly, but the crew filled them up often. The buffet table might be better placed closer to the kitchen. It is not easy to find the bathroom around the spa: it is either staff only, or not properly labeled.

Hotel was super clean. One of the staff members - Kinga - was super friendly & helpful

We booked the hotel due to spa facilities but it wasn’t advertised that they only have a masseuse on weekends and not on the weekdays & therefore we weren’t able to have any spa treatments we could just use the pool & sauna

The room had an unpleasent smell, we could not open the window as bedbugs were coming in the room. Cleaning in the room means putting extra toalett paper...they were not changing even the towels... So definitely the price for this service is too high!

Basically everything. Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Service is great, stuff is very helpful. Nice Restaurant with delicious meals for dinner ( we only had dinner and breakfast). Great location and available parking

Breakfast could be improved. It was quite good, but compared to dinners it was too ordinary and plain

Many insects on balcony - no chance to open windows. Poor choise in the bar. During checking out we received the bill with not ours positions from the bar. It was cancelled but also my friends had the same story....

The breakfast was really good and the facilities were great. The size of the room was really good and beautifully decorated. The staff were really helpful with helping us book taxis in another language and kept our luggage for us when we were not checked-in.

The outdoor pool was cold so although it was a hot day we didn't use the pool much. The spa facilities were really great although the jets didn't seem to work in the indoor pool.
