Very kind and helpful staff. Great beakfast with a lot of options to choose from. They even offered to store my luggage in their reception after check-out. Nice view towards the little forest and spacious balcony with table and chairs. Good value for the price. My family was generally happy with the choice too, will come back here next time we visit Nyiregyhaza!

Could be a bit cleaner (the bathroom to be taken more care of) and it's a bit noisy, especially if you have the room right next to the reception, there's always kids running around, screaming (would be better to separate the family friendly area from the non-kids area, to avoid discomfort).

The position of the Hotel, the rooms are quite big, the personell from reception.

There was a cleaning lady who told the receptionist to tell us that our children were disturbing the conditions in which the children were playing in the specially arranged space. I think that the lady was overzealous and should be warned in the conditions that she collects her salary from clients with children!!! (One of us knew hungarian language) .

The location is great. The rooms were quite good if we take in the consideration really good price.

One bed was making sounds when turning while sleeping. Wifi signal was quite weak and one of the friends found some black hair in the bathroom and shower (the friend is blond so it could not be her hair). Except this the room were clean. In the mine room I haven't found any issues regarding the cleaness of the room.

The hotel location is great, the room is big enough and comfortable. The jacuzzi and sauna are great. The staff is friendly. Even if the furniture is a little bit old, the rooms are cozy.

The staff does not speak English at all. The breakfast is very poor, with only a few choices, and really cheap food, so not great value for money. The fridge was not working and the heating made a lot of noise in our room, not in all the rooms.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews before our staying, but many of the previous complaints are solved now (we did have Wi-fi in the room, the breakfast was good and enough for everyone). We really liked the location - in the middle of a park, quiet, we could hear the birds thrills outside, at walking distance to the aquapark and zoo. The sauna and jacuzzi were awesome. Very nice staff.

The walls are thin, and it can get a little noisy from the door locks. But it was not too much of an issue for us and we'll surely come back next year.

The Hotel is situated in the middle of a beautiful park. The room was very spacious, well furnished, super clean, with a large balcony and really comfortable beds. The breakfast is fresh, plenty and delicious and the staff is amazing, professional, yet very helpful and friendly. The Hotel has its own generous parking lot and the main attractions (the Zoo, the Lake) are at walking distance. We had a wonderful time here and we hope we will return soon!

The hotel is easy to access, the location in Sóstó is excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great, comfortable rooms, well equiped. I am sorry that we only spent one night there. The breakfast was excellent.

The fridge does not work when you leave the room as there is no electricity without the key card. Everything else was great.

The hotel is very nice! It is in 5-7 min from the zoo, close to the bus station and surrounded by the forest. The staff is very kind and friendly. I also loved the view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious!

Top location, near to zoo and aquarius aquapark. Very good facilities for children, good breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely come back!
