staff in the reception and in the welness was not too skilfull, hated the wristbands and the procedure about the unnecessary administration in the wellness, steam was not available, we couldn’t understand the reasons behind, older lady thought and communicated that aroma cabin is enough for us, but unfortunately it was not the case. there were no opportunity for the lunch.

Amazing rooms ! 5* - perfect accommodation ! For dinner you have limited selection - NO “a la carte” , they cook something and you can choose -but the food is tasty ! Nothing to complain !!

Location was perfect for us. Internal parking made our life easier. The wellness was super, better than expected, especially the staff. The breakfast was really good. The bathrobe was especially cosy.

Only one thing was a bit negative. The room's sound insulation is weak, the noises of the bathroom of the next room could be heard as it was in our room. Additionally, we were on the first floor and heard everything word-by-word what happened in the lobby bar during the night. For us, it was bearable, but if someone would like to have a more calm staying, should ask for another location in the hotel.

The room was very nice and the staff was nice as well. It’s also in a very good location with easy access to shops and restaurants.

I would’ve loved to have had a microwave in my room but that just may be my American side coming out. I do not believe they served lunch or dinner, which would have made my access to food options better.

The Hotel itself is very well made. Rooms are very comfortable, well made, pretty clean. The staff was friendly, and flexible. The wellness is nice but quite small.

The kitchen is very poor. In the restaurant at dinner none of the food titles met the food itself. The food was simple and its quality was poor. Especially the sweets were under the line.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was earlier available without extra request! The breakfast was very pleasing, the furniture is modern and very comfy!

The placing of the light switches is very strange! There was no mosquito net on the window, so the flies found the way in...

Unfortunately, the wellness part was not open ( has been closed for a while, no idea why), and the tap in the bathroom sink could do with a change.

Well equipped wellness & spa with many saunas. Delicious dinner with many local specialities. Great room and friendly staff. Close to the city center.

Wellness is unique, and absolutely worth a visit, but don’t expect a huge aqua complex. Many program alternatives available in the neighborhood though.

Brand new hotel, central location, comfortable and clean room and bathroom, good wifi, easy parking, generally friendly staff. I loved the pillows.

Breakfast was OK, but could be improved (with better quality cereals, more variety of bread/cheese, some pastries etc. - and the same quality/variety from 7 to 10!) There was a kettle and tea in the room, but no coffee.
