Parking staff is soo rude he stolen my 2 scotch bottles I buy from duty free when I parked my car infront of the hotel parking i specially ask the parking guy I have two bottles of scotch in my back trunk of car I am showing bottles to the parking guy he said np I am giving my key to parking guy in the morning when in leave the hotel with my whole family I cannot check my trunk I have two cars I came from Canada I am in rush going to Chandigarh meet with someone when I reached Chandigarh I can open my trunk I am shocked my scotch bottles r stolen I call 3 r 4 times hotel reception no body attend me I loss 8500 hundred so I am learning a lestion no body came in this hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

I liked overall stay. The best part was the breakfast. We all appreciated the young lady ( don't remember her name) who was taking care of the guests in the restaurant. She attended us in extraordinary way. She was very polite, courteous and very attentive.

Lobby, Room and the Washroom...all requires proper maintenance and improvement. Particularly washroom needs immediate attention.

Hotel policy was very strict on check out inspite of the fact that I checked in the next day due to flight schedule at 6 Am. But we were asked to vacate the room with grace period of 2 hours instead of little extra time till evening. I feel, this could have been accommodated considering the fact that I was planning to use the room for 8 hours only due to my flight schedule. Apart from this, the staf was very courteous.
