It was designed pretty well and central location

Coffee shop appeared to be an unusual design a pastry cabinet would have gone down well.

Front of house staff in all areas are exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating for all requests. The rooms are an outstanding size, lots of space with a balcony and extremely comfortable beds which we loved! The pool area is small but clean and very well maintained. The fitness centre and all communal areas are fantastic, clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here!

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with food and drinks orders to which we escalated to management during our stay. Savio and Hemant were on hand to support and offer their best services and advice on the issues and we left the hotel feeling extremely happy with the service provided.

Amazing hotel, the staff really went above and beyond on every little thing and every single one of them were so friendly and helpful, be it the receptionists, housekeeping or waiters. Location was perfect, very quiet even in a busy road (which was good for shops and restaurants) and 10 mins walk from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the dinner buffet was even better, every single dish was delicious and well prepared to a high standard. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone, especially for the price!

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Cleaning staff very friendly. The same for the staff in the restaurant. A lot of options for breakfast. Almost for 90% vegetarians and for us vegetarians a paradise!

The check in was not good. We came late in the evening and were tired. We told this to the person who helped us. But he insisted to give a tour. Told us there will be complementary drinks at pool. (later found out not true). In the room I asked for in room dining. He told us pls dial 9 and give your order. I did that, but the rude lady said you have to use the QR code. There was no QR code in the room. By tomorrow they placed a new one. So we had no food.

Pool has submerged stools and submerged sun bathing beds as well as side beds 11. Kids play area is an excellent concept, me and my son had a great time 12. play area has cycles, air hockey, board games, TT, pool table and play area for small toddlers 13. breakfast is sumptuous and good spread. Not many nonveg options but still good spread. 14. in house dining is fast and good menu options. 15. rooms have all the amenities including filter coffee press 16. all room amenities u can think of are available in room or on call 17. In all, the hotel is very very comfortable and goes extra mile to keep u happy and content

can't complain for anything

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful room, so clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Amazing additions to the room like beauty products, hairdryer, robe, ironing board - all the essentials and more. Wonderful pool area and clean pool with comfy sun loungers. The staff there were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you; they were always checking on my and making sure my stay was going well. The restaurant staff and food were perfect. I have a severe nut allergy, and at dinner service Moumita too care to notify the chef and they took me round every single dish! Telling me what I could eat and not eat and this was so refreshing for me to be able to eat more options. The breakfast service was fantastic also as the head chef showed me what I could and could not eat, and he stood out welcoming people and allowing them to approach him. On my last morning they even brought me out some leaving cake which was so kind.

Nothing, it was fantastic!

The location is very good since it is part of the main market but at the same time, slightly inside so no disturbance. Breakfast spread was decent but surprised to know that fish was never part of the morning spread. room facing pool and other sides were good, only some of them had balcony.

Check in was unusually long, people on the front desk should be able to manage far better, specially at 1500 hours and later when there is no crowd. No need for blocking the card 3 days in advance, did not get any clear answer on non blocking. too particular on payment I guess.

The staff at the restaurant were amazing. Moumita , Smiti, and Sangram were very attentive and welcoming to my partner and me each time we visited the restaurant. We requested particular foods, and the exec chef and Moumita arranged this. Lakhpat serving the pani puri was really great, too. Housekeeping was good also. The hotel was clean, and breakfast selection was brilliant. No bad smells or rude people in the hotel. I would highly recommend and come back next time we visit India!!

Probably just no private beach but can't complain really.

good location and the part of this hotel is the staff everyone makes us so special. breakfast was awesome and the service was excellent.room was spacious enough and pool view was great. I like everything about the property would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

nothing as such but the one thing I didn't like was the dinner buffet. dinner buffet was pathetic very poor variety of menu. even to be honest I felt cheated. I cannot imagine dinner buffet without butter chicken, shahi paneer even no dry snacks was there like tandoori chicken ,tikka etc. but I have to say except the dinner buffet I love each and every thing of this hotel and I must say that staff is the backbone of this hotel and there doing excellent work
