The whole 2 bedroomed house was much larger than expected. It was on an estate with security and each morning the grounds were being cleaned and tidied. The whole place was nicely kept and without exception the staff welcomed us each day with a cheery good morning. The location was at one end of the main street so shops and restaurants were all easily reached but from a quiet and tranquil base. On our first night we returned to the house at around 10pm to discover that the washing machine had leaked over the kitchen floor. Within 10 minutes of reporting this a man arrived and cleaned everything up. And the machine weas fixed the following day. We were very happy with this response.

Villas were really nice, well equiped kitchen and great with lots of bathrooms. The staff, especially the cleaners, were so nice and efficient. Rooms were very clean and fresh. Loved the roof terrace with evening sun. Restaurant was good and very fast.

A lot of dogs roaming the area and they were quite aggressive at times, jumping at you and growling. Other guests were so rude and disrespectful towards us. When at the pool grown-ups would throw water at us and our stuff, they would come up to us and just stand there and stare, film/take pictures of us) and would not leave us alone even when asked to. They brought huge speakers to the pool and blasted music and also had food and drinks in the pool so it was not very fresh with chips floting around. This happened with several different guest and on all days we were there but the staff never did anything about it even though they were aware.

The villa was superb. Absolutely spotless and all the amenities possible. The rooms are big, airy with huge windows. The living room is also very comfortable. They made our stay so easy and perfect. Our every whim, right from a utensils to cleaning the jacuzzi was done at the drop of a hat. The premises is safe and secure and great for children. The staff, right from Sheetal, Ronald to every single of the housekeeping staff and even the watchmen, were always smiling and very courteous. Sheetal called us up to advise us abut the time we should leave for the airport, as the airport was quite far. The location is great. Everything is close by, and the beach is quite accessible. Even my 91 year old grandmother had an absolutely marvellous time. We have taken back some lovely memories with us of this place. We are definitely staying here again, and recommending it to all our family and friends.

I missed a full length mirror, but that's not a necessity, just a luxury! Rest all was perfect!

Excellent resort/villas with all facilities, some construction work ongoing bar site which makes me reduce 1 star, also there are pet dogs of property which can be a bit of nuisance but overall excellent family vacation place.

- very spacious living space and extremely clean - Staff very good and responsive. Very accommodating to our timing, even when we returned late they checked to see if we needed anything. Organised car rental for us too - really good facilities including airconditioning and washing machine - nice pools - Lovely ambience and atmosphere, not in crowded location of Goa but not far from main area of Candolim - friendly dogs, especially TinTin!

The property is very well maintained and the villas are good and comfortable. You will feel very safe inside this property as the security is quite tight. They give servicing every day. The staff are very professional and cheerful. We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend this property.

Sometimes the tap would leak but the maintenance team was very fast in fixing, so no worries.

Everything was good. Housekeeping was excellent. Inspire of a big property and scattered villas, the housekeeping guys did a five star job. Dhiraj Pednekar took care that every villa was cleaned thoroughly every evening

The only problem was about operation and maintenance . The o and m guys are accountable to only the duty managers and they are not answerable to anyone . Last time I had great overall experience . Also buffet breakfast was missing this time .

Lovely villa. Had everything you can think of. Staff were also very helpful. Location was great. You can walk to sinquerim fort which was lovely.

Pool had a bit too much chlorine felt sticky but other than that we had a blast.

The location I got from Google and the location shared by villa staff is not showing exact location. It stopped us a kilometer away. Please correct this.
