We had such a lovely stay a JW Marriott Chandigarh for complete 12 days. Thanks to Mr Rajnish manager at theCafe@JW and his team for looking after each and everything perfectly at the time of dinning in such a well mannered way.Thanks to Chef Amit and Pappu Arya for showing great hospitality and serving delicious dishes and taking care of everything.Thanks to Mr. Anurag for serving dinner at room with proper care. Thanks to House keeping staff Mr.Akash,Ms.Kranti and Mr.Balwant for keeping our room spotless clean and well decorated/organised for whole 12days during our stay. We were really pleased with that. Thanks to front desk reception staff for cheerful welcome and lovely see off at the time of leaving. Hope to visit more frequently at JW Marriott Chandigarh in coming years after getting such a great hospitality by each and every staff member.

Service at the restaurants is great. Special thanks to Hardik and Deepak for looking after our breakfast and dinner at JW. Hardik especially made sure we tried hotel cuisines and enjoyed the meals. Arnav from front desk helped us sort out some payment issue regarding pre authorisation amount which was resolved. Arnav called and kept in touch with us regarding our issue. Overall a great stay and great service. We will definitely go back again.

Just the fact that the hotel deducted our 2 night stay charges on check in and charged us again at check out. I was later explained that pre authorisation amount charged at check in has been reversed. I had to wait 2 days to get the pre authorisation amount deduction at check in back to my credit card. Arnav at front desk handled this problem and said that other front desk staff will be trained regarding payment issues.

Where do I even begin? I absolutely love this property! We faced a tiny hiccup upon check-in. The property hadn't responded to any of our messages via booking.com for over a week prior to arriving at the property so our requirements weren't met initially. We had requested for rooms close to each other - 1 twin and 1 king size room. There were two events taking place at the property so the hotel was almost sold out. However, the duty manager arranged for our rooms and upgraded them as well. We met the Executive Chef who showed us around the property. He was a GREAT person to meet. He was so kind, warm, funny and helpful. We were invited for dinner and I have to say, it was one of the BEST meals of my life. The food was OUTSTANDING. Both chefs from the Asian & Indian restaurant cooked us a sumptuous meal. They only had 1.5 hours to prepare and did an excellent job. Food kept coming to our table and every dish we had was simply amazing! It makes such a big difference when people cook food out of passion versus simply as a job. You could tell the passion and love in every single dish. The staff at the restaurant served us throughout. They were super nice as well. We really liked the ballroom space, pre-event space and lawn too. It's perfect for a wedding. The entrance is being renovated so looking forward to seeing that soon. When we entered the property late evening, we didn't have a great first impression. However, it looks really nice in the day. The outside of the hotel might not give a wow impression but the hotel is very well-maintained and overall no complaints. The breakfast spread, quality of food and chef in the morning - ALL marvelous. We found the room rates slightly over priced initially but after staying at this property, I honestly don't think I'd stay anywhere else when I visit Chandigarh again. I truly recommend this hotel 11/10.

exceptional variety of foods. really liked the way the chefs approached to see if they make something special. waiters were really good- live music added great ambience. you would usually meet a film star at the breakfast. i stayed there twice and met a film star both the times at the breakfast.

staff, especially the breakfast staff, clearly eying for tips. they serve you really good, but if you dont tip them on the day, they wont look you in the eye the next day. food was good and service was very good. but I thought this was worth mentioning.

The staff are amazing, so friendly, polite and helpful. Food is very tasty, buffet was good. Bed was made beautifully. Quiet rooms and views of green trees.

The furniture in the rooms are old and scratched. It's a shame because it could be an amazing hotel but they need to refurb the rooms. They are not 5*. Also shame drinks and sparkling water are not included in the dinner (paid for bed, breakfast and evening meal).

What makes this htel excellent is its staff. They are all very progfessinal, corteous and attentive. From porter to check in to cafe/Restaurant. First hotel i have been to where the chef comes out to your table and asks what would you like for breakfast/dinner and then comes again to ask how you are enjoying it. One of my favourite Indo-Chinese places is here at the hotel - XO. Their food has so many dimensions to it and ports you into another world. Chef Gua and the staff are at another level. If you are here, you MUST try the tiger prawns and black garlic chicken!

Vibe around the pool area upstairs can be a little bit better I suppose.

Good,helpful and very courteous staff. Your duty manager Hemant and chef Deepak are worth mentioning. Made us feel very welcome and are an asset to your organisation. The flute player during meals is very talented and he has an excellent selection of tunes. At lunch the serving of chat and golguppa ‘s was very welcome and satisfying. Overall a good experience.

House keeping could be improved. Our tea mugs were dirty.

The Hotel is conveniently located between Chandigarh and Mohali. It has a bakery, bar, and restaurant. The rooms were spacious and cozy. We needed a baby cot which was not available and were given an extra bed at no cost. The breakfast was lovely with the Chefs themselves asking us if we liked the food. The staff was helpful and receptive at all times. The hotel is very well managed.

The hotel was a tad bit expensive.

Breakfast is highlight of the stay at JW Marriot. The team especially Chef Pappy Arya always goes out of his way to accomodate my special requests. I relished his Gobhi Choor and Twisty Paranthas innovation. He is courteous and makes you feel at home and attends you with a BIG SMILE that is not artificial but satisfaction of a good job done. At the lounge floor Balbir is also doing a great job and is not only attentive to guest needs but is also engaging. Good work guys. Cheers

Everything was perfect. From check-in, house keeping, Exotic food, executive lounge, hospitality by staff, cleanliness, hygiene, staff behaviour upto checkout. We had gone to celebrate my wife's birthday. We stayed for 02 nights. It was an amazing memorable stay.
