It was a one-nighter no-frill stay for us and in that respect, the hotel and its location worked out great! Elante Mall and access back to the highway was good! Cleanliness was adequate. The room service was fantastic! Manpreet at the front desk deserves a pat on the back! Thanks to the security staff also.

Little extra toiletries and breakfast spread can be improved upon. The breads were stone hard and seemed stale even after getting them heated. Fruit options were limited. Please give your executive Emanpreet a holiday break - she seemed very dull and uninterested during check-in. The room view of the industrial area is not really great.

It’s in a really nice location, very close to a mall and somehow still quiet enough to be peaceful. The room was decently sized and super comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Food overall was really nice. The best thing about the hotel was the staff though. They were very very friendly and helpful and everything I asked for was given to me really fast. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chandigarh.

Nothing really, I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were spacious and spotless . The staff were attentive and experienced and make us feel comfortable . We don't need to call them for even a single thing as all the facilities were already available. Location is great , also the Elante mall is at walking distance. Everything is good and we will ensure to visit again. Great service.

I booked the room for my parents. They were very satisfied with the service. The people at the hotel also helped them get breakfast and Can on time because their train time was very early and they are in 60s. So I really appreciate the service and help provided by people at Hometel Chandigarh

It was clean, comfy and quite. The best shower we had during our trip

We were staying only one night, it was New Year's Eve and they made us to pay for the Gala dinner even though we didnt want to attend. They told us it was compulsory for all the guests. We finally attended and the truth is that we really enjoyed.

Very good hotel for business travelers, friendly staff and good location. Check in was very smooth , staff was very friendly and room dining menu was elaborate with good variety.

Rooms are small compared to the price. Call and ask for a king bed room if your child co sleeps with you.
