The staff are good and courteous. Rooms, bed, amenities are very good. We were upgraded from superior to Business room having 2 large beds. Bath room main tap sink, a bit messy, require change. In breakfast, Dosa, sambhar need to improve in preparation for good taste. Beet halwa was good, so was chole. Fruits choices are also good. Bakery needs improvement as per the standard of Radisson. A request to the hotel admin not to use/heat oil for long time/or reheat multiple times for frying purpose, its very very unhealthy. Harish, Ankit and their senior were very cooperative, proactive and courteous. They also gave us bakery packet for our baby.

Breakfast needs a bit of improvement as Dosa and Sambhar were not at par with the south taste. Bakery needs improvement.

The restaurant staff and chef were amazing. We have a Coeliac in the family. The staff went out of their way to find options, including from off the menu, to accommodate this need for us at very short notice.

One of the two rooms smelt like someone had been heavily smoking in their previously, leaving an unpleasant smell. Also, we'd requested inter-connected rooms, but didn't get them due to unavailability.

Staff was very polite. Good food. Shower with a good water pressure. Clean towels. Western style toilet with good flushing. Restaurant was great. Swimming pool was a nice addition. Spa staff and facilities were good too.

Safety could be improved. For example, the changing rooms near the pools get very slippery due to the floor tiles.

Clean throughout, large comfortable bed, large rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good selection and quality at breakfast. A few shops and restaurants are nearby. Safe box in room. Fridge in room

My room was massive. The food in the dinning room was delicious. Room service was fast. Laundry service was very fast!!

Due to air quality on my visit, dust was an issue. I wish hair dryers were standard in all rooms.

Location is ideal for anyone who wants to avoid Chd traffic Nice size rooms with good options in Breakfast Staff was friendly and quick service unlike some other hotels I have stayed in.

Hotel needs a little make over as some of amenities aren't upgraded. No USB-C support, showers and WR aren't that tidy.

It was my first visit to Chandigarh and I had selected Radisson Zirakpur after checking its rating and reviews, and I must say that Radisson exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The service staff was very polite and professional. I remember the names of the staff members who were always there to help with anything - Thank you - Shiv, Shishank, Harsh, Amandeep, Anmol, and Vishal! Truly appreciate your kind and caring attitude which made my stay both relaxing and memorable. Thank you! I look forward to revisiting Chandigarh and staying at Radisson in the near future.

There was a one staff at the reception was so helpful and he was so nice They helped to book my cab in the morning since my booked cab wasn't turned up Much appreciated his service . Hotel should reward these kind of staff members

The staff was courteous and responsive. Shubham was excellent at concierge. Jasmeet and Amritpreet were excellent at coffee shop. Preeti was great at front office. She handled my complex billing very efficiently.

The house keeping staff may be sensitised. I was woken up at 2.30 pm for room cleaning. And the gentleman kept the bell ringing incessantly!!!

Ms Shukla tried her utmost to help us as room was not ready even at 7 pm.

There was a marriage on the lawns and they played music till 1 am in the morning. Hotel people should have asked them to switch off. Didn’t get much sleep as rooms had poor sound insulation.
