It was my first visit to Chandigarh and I had selected Radisson Zirakpur after checking its rating and reviews, and I must say that Radisson exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The service staff was very polite and professional. I remember the names of the staff members who were always there to help with anything - Thank you - Shiv, Shishank, Harsh, Amandeep, Anmol, and Vishal! Truly appreciate your kind and caring attitude which made my stay both relaxing and memorable. Thank you! I look forward to revisiting Chandigarh and staying at Radisson in the near future.

The staff was courteous and responsive. Shubham was excellent at concierge. Jasmeet and Amritpreet were excellent at coffee shop. Preeti was great at front office. She handled my complex billing very efficiently.

The house keeping staff may be sensitised. I was woken up at 2.30 pm for room cleaning. And the gentleman kept the bell ringing incessantly!!!

The duty manager - Shiv ensured that the pool was open an additional hour to allow me a swim after a long day of work. He further upgraded me to a business suite. At the bar Sunny looked after me well. In the restaurant Sumit Sharma ensured energetic and helpful service. I enjoyed my evening drinks and dinner immensely.

Mosquitoes in the room didn’t allow a peaceful sleep. Flies in the common area of the hotel. In the breakfast buffet, the bread and croissants were below average, the cheese and cold cuts were stale.

I stayed for just one night but was floored by the rooms and how elegant the property is. The beds were so comfortable that we slept as soon as our head hit the pillows. The rooms are uber spacious - the chairs luxurious. The attention to detail and the adoption of latest technologies is seen throughout the property. The menu for room service is online and needs a QR code scanned. The TV channels list needs to be QR code scanned. I loved everything about the property. 5 star rooms.

the bar was not well-stocked no hair driers in the bathroom no hand shower in the bathroom. Only a rain shower was available which may not be suitable for people with long hair who do not want to wet it while bathing

The room allotted to us had no view and was very dark. It had no natural light at all. In winter it would be even worse as it would possibly get very cold inside.

The swimming pool had no towels - so I could not use the pool even for a day out of the 4 days that I stayed there. There was no staff to help.

Very clean and modern, comfortable beds and efficient shower. Food was also very good with a good breakfast including Indian and European and American options. Offers underground secure parking.

There is always music playing in the lobby area which carries on into the early morning. I’m not sure if this was for the celebration of Diwali ?

Good ambiance with quite a lot of essential amenities. Prime location with good connectivity. Had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast menu was limited. I had expected addition of a few food items like noodles, pasta, vermicelli, no milk shakes. Taste can be improved overall by little more efforts.

Professionally managed property. Secure parking. Good maintenance and upkeep. Good sized room with all facilities. Comfortable bed & pilllows. Good air-conditioning. Decent buffet breakfast with many options. A very good option for a stopover on way to Himachal.

So I was looking for a safe, sanitized and well-appointed hotel for a family trip. I was a bit extra cautious as it was a first trip for my 2 year old kid and 70 year old mother in the pandemic Era. HOTEL EXPERIENCE - I stayed at the property for 3 nights and boy it was a wonderful experience. Right from the front office staff - Rajinder and Adhiraj, to the housekeeping staff - Abhishek Thakur, and Restaurant Manager -Anjali, everybody came together to make our stay super safe and comfortable. Knowing that I was travelling with my old mother and a toddler Rajinder from the Front Office immediately upgraded our rooms to the level up and the housekeeping staff checked every other hour to see if we all were comfortable. The restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure all dietary needs of us guests - from a toddler to an aged lady were met diligently. LOCATION - The hotel is right on the VIP Road connecting main Chandigarh city to Zirakpur and is a great location away from the hustle of the city. Important locations like Elante Mall, Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sector 17 Market are all within half an hour radius. Perfect for traveller's who like the opulence of stay and a laid back location. You get all that you look for while staying at Radisson Zirakpur. Out and out a well recommended property in Chandigarh which offers a luxury experience at pocket friendly prices.
