The facilities provided are worth every penny. The kitchen staff is really good and welcoming. The prompt service on call was good.

This is just a suggestion, the front desk employees should smile often while greeting the guests. They seemed either not interested or there might be another reason behind it (i don't know). I have stayed at 5 star properties before and from that experience i am suggesting this. A smile on the face while greeting a guests goes a long way.

Everything was excellent about my stay, except the breakfast which I requested to be packed as I had to check-out early morning. The breakfast items could've been much better. I precisely asked for less but good breakfast.

The quality of the breakfast and the way it was packed. Extremely ripe bananas, four poor quality sandwiches and bakery items all packed together in one aluminium foil sheet.

Great location (Near airport), great service, very clean, and reasonably good food.

The toilet flush design was plain stupid and should be improved.

Property was quite good..the buffet breakfast was much liked by my kids and also the swimming pool was an added on benifit for kids as they loved spending time there.. location was perfect..matched my requirement of travelling in the city with ease..thanks alot . looking forward to another stay with Wyndham soon..

Delayed responses from the reception staff..lack of communication was there..extra bed was needed but was not given the first night even after repeated calls at the reception.. a few flaws from the room service too..not sending the entire order.. happened many times during our stay..

It’s a great property, rooms are large and well equipped. We stayed just for a night before taking our flight, the hotel suited the purpose perfectly. In room dining food was delicious.

Staff needs more training, there wasn’t anything wrong in particular but I felt the warmth was missing, which could have made us feel more welcome. Given that a lot of guests are staying there for catching their flight. The hotel can have some arrangements for drop off

I had requested for an executive suite when I was doing the booking. I’d requested the same when I checked in. I even told them I am not asking for a free upgrade but an upsell. They told me they didn’t have any room available and it’s probably because some big shot was coming to stay at the property with his security detail and stuff. I didn’t like the fact that I was even willing to pay for a room with bathtub but they never got back to me regarding the same. Probably because they had more important guests coming over.

Great value for money and excellent location if you have an early flight to catch. The staff are courteous and genuine. The food was delicious - both room service and breakfast. The rooms were tastefully designed, with an honest effort towards sustainability (refillable toiletries, for example).

I wish we had the option of drinking RO water! Didn’t like that we were only given bottled water in the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent and included in the price we paid upfront. Really really nice food , great ambience in the restaurant. The hotel itself of course was worth every penny , high end lobby and rooms.

The one thing is that the hotel is listed as being much closer to Chandigarh Airport on the Booking.com website , than it actually is. the actual driving distance from the airport to the hotel is about 8-10 km ., not less than a mile as stated.

We were placed on the 4th floor where they have some sort of venue hire room available. Seems a bit ridiculous they placed us right next door to it with loud music blaring past 11PM. Eventually changed rooms but still a ridiculous concept.

breakfast was as expected in a 5 start property. not great, but not bad either. room reservice was good, quick, decent portion sizes and well priced. staff was friendly.

2 big issues. 1. As advertised on booking.com the property was supposed to have a game room (billiards, snooker etc.). That has not been started by the hotel - i think it is false representation by Wyndham and no quality check by booking.com 2. The air-conditioning of the hotel has a major problem and whatever you do to the setting, the temperature in the room remains high (this was in peak Chandigarh summer). Asked the hotel to fix it but they could not.
