Brilliant location for us getting off a train late evening and heading back out on a train the next morning. You can see the hotel as you come out of the main entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great a/c. Staff were very helpful when we realised we only had 1 towel. Perfect stopover. Good breakfast.

If I’m being really fussy I would ask for a thinner pillow. They were quite ‘chunky’. My husband thought they were perfect so I’m obviously awkward!

Super hotel! We stayed twice, both times for one night. The rooms are bright, very clean, modern, well-furnished and equipped with kettle and safe, have an amazing shower, very comfy bed. The staff is fantastic, professional, helpful and flexible (they allowed us to have a very late check-out so that we could keep the room until our night train) The location is super convenient, right in front of the train station. Breakfast buffet was also very nice. Thank you, wish all hotels were like this! Great value for money.

Nothing. We had problems with a smelly drain in the bathroom but this was addressed very promptly by the hotel staff.

A nice hotel in a good location opposite the train station. The room was of a good size with a very comfortable bed and a great hot shower. Definitely the best shower I’ve had since I’ve been here in India. I would definitely recommend. Food in the restaurant was excellent at a very good price.

The hotel was clean and well air-conditioned. We booked it as a stopover before a very early train. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the train station but the room was really quiet.

The reception staff were very efficient but not friendly or welcoming. The room window looked at a brick wall.

The staff was good and very cooperative. Lift service was good. Of course the complimentary breakfast was awesome. TV service was good. AC was great. The location was awesome.

Bathroom amenities (only soap and a shampoo only one towel was given) . In room small water 500ml was given. Tea and coffee option was available. The restaurant doesn't have some of the items from the menu. Minibar can be added to room.

The hotel and room were very modern, with secure door locks (keycard) and AC. While there was no view, it was better to have no outside noise. Beds were comfortable, tv had cable channels and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was good. The hotel was perfect for catching a train as it was directly across the road.

The wifi was not good in the rooms.

Overall stay was exceptional. The key positive point is the location just opposite the railway station. next is the high-pressure shower in the bathroom loved it to the core felt like showering in waterfalls. next is the included breakfast that was super yummy and high quality. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful and suggested to us nearby interesting spots to visit also. The only thing which can be adjusted is the cost. It can be reduced a bit.

Very good interior and room ambience. Samsung cassette AC unit made the cooling super comfortable and didn’t feel any difference with a 4 star hotel. Staff behavior also very humble

The location is perfect just opposite to the railway station, the breakfast was very good, room size was also very good, it was comfortable overall

Bed linens were bit old and not super clean with some dirt marks and the bathroom was not that super clean either

Location is really comfortable being infront of Coimbatore junction railway station. Complimentary breakfast was good, being buffet with varieties. Serving staff was also very welcoming and good. Room size was decent. All other amenities were fine. Amount charged is considerably higher compared to similar options such as SPS Grand. Another good thing was their checkin and check out time flexibility.

Staff didn't do regular room service, room amenities refill on their own. I have to ask everytime for everything however supported on demand. Should also have options to provide small sanitiser pouches or pack for travellers considering the amount they are charging ( Single stay App Rs. 2100/night incl taxes and brkfast). Wifi was a problem during my stay.
