Staffs were very good...moderately clean...enough space in the lobby...good food in the restaurant...awesome bakery downstair....hot water available all the time

Very clean & comfortable to stay.Good and very yummy cuisine food at restaurant.Good view good location.Wonderful and amiable behavior of all front office staff, restaurant staff.We loved to stay at this lovely property.Everything is super.Highly recommended property.Very Thanks to all staff for their wonderful services.

Expensive & wonderful property but transport cannot enter in front of property.This is the only discomfort but recovered due to the great location.

Room had a wonderful view of Kanchenjungha. Neat and clean rooms.. restaurant menu could have been bit more diverse... Nom nom Cafe serves excellent food... overall the property is really good...

The bed provided for family with toddler is queen size.. another drawback which I felt is the location of the hotel ..have to walk 10 mins to reach mall road

It was clean and had all required amenities in the room.

A request for an extra blanket at night, as it suddenly became cold was declined. The check out time at 10am is very inconvenient, it should be extended by 2 hrs to noon.

Excellent kanchanjunga view from the room. Breakfast was good.

Just that the elevator wasn't operational and we had to climb five floors to reach our room. The room itself could have been cleaner.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is extremely courteous. There is a good restaurant. Location is close to all shopping and food joints.

Checkout time is too early at 10.00AM. I have stayed at many properties including star hotels. Have not seen 2PM check-in and 10 AM checkout anywhere. For a hotel that starts at 3rd floor, having elevator out of order, is a huge challenge.

Everything is available at it is near the mall road Very nice rooms and hotel and having a small garden near the room looking so nice for clicking photos Good Location Breakfast buffet is there and it's so delicious and dinner also
