The location was perfect for our requirements. There was a decent choice of food for breakfast. The restaurant was a nice place to hang out specially in the evenings, the food, view and ambience.....A special mention has to be made regarding the staff both in the breakfast room and the restaurant, they were amazing and made you feel right at home.

The staff were so nice, eager to please, very willing to help, specially the staff in the breakfast room.

The location is right next door to a banqueting hall which is also a wedding and a party venue, so if you're looking for a peaceful holiday please stay away from this hotel as the loud music blares until midnight and there's no point in saying anything to the staff as they're helpless.

If you love a real hot shower bath then that's not available Limited spread and options at breakfast especially for a Vegan, Gluten Free diabetic dietary requirement

Breakfast is good but location was average like in Dehradun place according to basis on price. In this price should be better location like mountain view and near to nature.Rest is everything good only a little drawback is location as it is situated in mountain city, therefore location could be better than this.

I somehow felt they don't give bookings to corporate clients as I reached out to them for booking again from 25 March to 1 st March but they refused booking after initially confirming it on the pretext of a marriage function however during my stay in Dehradun I couldn't find that marriage function happening there on even a single day. So quite disappointed for their fake excuses for not giving booking . Shall not recommend for corporate visits!

Convenient for quick stop by the highway. Great water pressure for shower! Bed was comfortable

The hotel was actually out of room key card!!! Had I needed to leave the room, I would have had to call a staff for assistance! Had to use my credit card to keep the power in the room on. ;)

Abhishek and Ruchi at the hotel were very helpful. Our flights got cancelled and delayed twice and yet they understood our situation and let us keep the room till we checked out finally. The staff were very accomodating. Perfect location for us too. Hopefully i can get my reservation for the dates mentioned to Ruchi as i wasnt surprised the hotel is booked 2 months in advance already. Salon services were used too. Certainly all of it..the stay, the services deserves a WOW.

The rooms are designed well . We went in Christmas and saw the outstanding decoration done . Felt absolutely welcomed in the Christmas feel . The breakfast buffet was exclusive and so was the room service . Great location with plenty place for parking . Would love to stay there again ❤️

I love that the staff spoke English and communicated with us well. They are very accommodating and helpful, which was a pleasure since we were staying with a baby.

They had a lot of food options in the hotel, but I hope they’d add more international options for diners who may not prefer Indian food.

I liked the helpful staff, especially Ruchi. Also the quick hot dinner served as I had requested; since I was coming from Ranikhet, travelling 10 hours and the kitchen would close at 10.30pm. I reached around 10.10 pm.

The switch-boards. Too far from the bed . It should be near the bed . Also, my room was next to the pantry. There was lot of noise initially . I had to call the lobby and complain about it.
