Every staff and member of Taj took extreme care to ensure my wife and I were taken care of. My wife was extremely unwell when we arrived and Taj left no stone unturned to take very good care of her. The chef prepared personalised dishes, the housekeeping staff ensured to enquire every day, the cab drivers ensured the car was always available to take her to the nearby clinic and more. I cant thank Taj enough for all they did to help me and my wife. A personal Thank You from my wife and I to the entire Taj Bangalore staff and family

I cannot find any fault with Taj - none whatsoever.

Breakfast was very good many options eventhough we stayed for 7 nights the waiters went out of their way to offer different options . Atif at cafe 77 was Very helpful and offered great sevice . We stayed on the new side of the hotel . The rooms were new and contemporary. The whole ambience of the new side is what we like .We were shown the old rooms but did not like the smell of the room and the hotel on the old side is dated /old . We enjoyed our stay on the new wing. Only problem Ubers not allowed to pick at the hotel so u have to walk to the Uber zone not even a 5 min walk or the hotel provides a drop off at the Uber zone which was very helpful . Service is excellent at the Taj Bangalore .

The old side of the hotel lifts are old bathrooms are old has wallpaper stuck on the walls to cover it up .Rooms don’t smell good .but didn’t worry us as we stayed on the new side

I had a very short stay (less than 12 Hrs) therefore, my input will be limited. The hotel is within the airport area and you will need a vehicle to get there. The driver picked me up on arrival which had been arranged at the time of booking. The check-in was smooth. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which was fully stocked. The shower was luxurious and the highlight of the unit! There was fresh bottled water everywhere. The bed was very comfortable. I did not check out the mini fridge or the variety of teas and coffees on top of the mini fridge. I did try the small bottle of complimentary red wine that was on the desk. I took advantage of the excellent breakfast in the morning which was served in the cafe located within the hotel for a flat price. It was served in a large room with high ceiling. There was an attached outdoor area which I didn’t try. It had a lot of lush greenery and flowers which looked very inviting. The breakfast included both cold and hot items which was prepared on sight. The food was delicious and was topped off with a great cup of espresso. The number of breakfast items was almost limitless. To add to the ambience, there was a musician playing classical Indian music with a flute which was a pleasant touch. The hotel staff was very pleasant and professional. I would have gladly stayed longer if my situation called for it. I got the impression that the hotel mostly caters to business conferences and related activities.

It did not feel like the hallways were air conditioned. It was not a big issue for me as I was only there for a short time.

Lovely 5 star hotel. Perfect location right across from the airport. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the spa. Although we had to change room a few times, the final room was very comfy with a large king size bed and even a bath tub!

We had to change room two times, once because the bathroom was not clean and the second because we found a bug in the bed. This was all corrected quickly and we were upgraded to a new room. This must of been an execption as this hotel is truly a 5 star hotel! The room was a bit pricey, breakfast wasn't included, but would definitely recommend the stay and the breakfast!

The room was large! Extremely spacious with a walk-in closet. The bathroom was huge too and had a bathtub and a shower. The staff were really sweet and offered a complimentary spa session as well as a foot soak in my room. There was even a small platter with some chips, chocolate and fruit kept for me. The food was great too! Felt really pampered overall! Forgot to mention, that they had someone waiting at the airport to welcome me as I'd requested an airport pickup. PS - Taj has special offers for solo women travellers/groups of women. They go all out to make the experience special!

Convenience for the busy traveler who needs the best of both: a place to stay not too far away from the Bangalore airport and work but also the ease of being able to get to the airport under 5-10 minutes. The hotel is nicely done. (Expected of most Taj hotels). The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. We had a great stay until we had to leave to catch a flight. The breakfast spread is great. One of the better breakfasts we have had in a while. Overall a comfortable stay and thankful to the staff for the upgrade to our room and for being very hospitable.

Can’t complain

This is by far the best airport hotel we have ever stayed in, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Often airport hotels have an arrogant attitude as they don't need to impress you as they know that it is unlikely you will never return, but not this one! It didn't feel like an airport hotel at all. Staff were all great too. We had dinner at the Indian restaurant the night before we left (Tamarind) and the food was excellent & very authentic. Great waiter there too - think his name was Deepak Soni. Also, when we checked out, there was a courtesy car waiting to take us back to the airport (even though the airport is literally opposite the terminal and about a 5 min walk away) and the driver took us all the way into the airport & through to security, amazing. Just felt bad that we couldn't tip him as we had ran out of Indian Rupees! Sorry!

The Taj Bangalore is the best airport hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Very high standard. The staff are great and the hotel is within walking distance from the airport although if you have heavy bags, the concierge team will gladly collect you in one of the Taj cars if you request this in advance. It is worth noting that some of the Taj hotels are quite dated now, however the Taj Bangalore is one of their new & swanky hotels.

The excellent service from the staff who always go out of the way to look after my strict dietary needs for Gluten Free (l am Coeliac). I'd like to particularly commend your Sous Chef, Ramanjulu, who made me some fantastic food that was both delicious and caused me no ill effects.

The room could do with a little maintainence. Fridge is rocking. No nets for the window equals no privacy in daytime! Switching for room lights seems to be confused and AC control locked so couldn't turn fan off auto, to a low setting for overnight. These are all issues l've not experienced in other rooms! (room 510).

Our welcome was wonderful (and beyond our expectations), our room was lovely, and every part of our stay was just perfect. The food (half board) was delicious and varied, and the Club Lounge was perhaps our favourite part - such a nice touch. A special mention has to go to Rajan who looked after us every day in the Club Lounge. His customer service went above and beyond in every aspect - we felt like VIPs with the way he befriended us, cared for us, and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. Rajan is a credit and an asset to the Taj Bangalore - we even miss him! Thanks to Rajan and everyone for such a wonderful stay.
