Stayed here for a single night after flying in really late, checked out the very next morning. It's close to the airport, it's clean, they have 24hs reception and the rooms are comfortable. Everything you need from an airport hotel. They also arranged a car to pick us up at 3AM from the airport and bring us to the hotel which was very convenient. The surrounding area is not really walkable and there is nothing to do anywhere close, so clearly this hotel is just for airport passengers.

The property is neat and clean. Room and bathroom are clean. All facilities are there in the room like Electric kettle, tea coffee pouches. It has a restaurant. The food is good and healthy although food variety for breakfast is less. Good property for the people who are willing to stay near Airport to catch next flight. Staff is humble and efficient. Only two employees (sometimes a single employee) are seen at the restaurant. But, they manage the restaurant and the reception desk both very well.

It was boring as there are only free News channels and no entertainment channels

I was looking for a good hotel near Bangalore airport and I am very happy I chose this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff- the front desk were excellent and also the young man security guard was polite. The hotel restaurant was clean and efficient, food was good. Our waiter was very professional but needs to smile a bit more :) Wifi was excellent, and also the room service. The driver from hotel to airport was very knowledgable and also knew some short cuts to get past the traffic at the airport which was great.

My only minor criticism of the hotel was that it states that breakfast starts at 7.00am. However this was not the case and it is probably starting at 7.30am. I know this because I had an early morning flight and was hoping to get some quick breakfast before getting taxi at 7.15. However I was politely told that breakfast won’t start till 7.30 and other guests had also come down at 7.00 and were told the same.

Everything was really good. The hotel was in higher condition from most of the hotels i visited during my week. I definitely recommend this hotel for staying close to the airport. 10-15 minutes away from the airport with a taxi.

I have nothing negative to say. Just know that for those who want to see the city, the location is not ideal.

Although a small hotel, everything was perfect from staff, room to food. We even tried the spa massage again good value for money. We stayed 2 nights within the week and both times received excellent service which is very hard to come by. Well done, all at Click.

There isn't much do do around the area but the Anand (indian sweets and restaurant) and the azzura cafe (Mediterranean restaurant) were both very clean and modern. Both worth a visit.

Hotel location, rooms were good. No complaints.

Only downside is the food quality and service during breakfast which is pathetic. Despite only a few people at the restaurant the service was totally unacceptable. It took 30+ minutes to get a masala Dosa or any other item. The buffet breakfast was not good by any standards. A good F&B Manager is needed to bring the much needed improvement.

location and shops around it

constant calls to check if i am going to use SPA, dinner, bfast....these sounded like marketing & sales calls and you should avoid it....the information can be provided at the time of check-in and also the room has clear information...so dont see any need to keep calling to check....

Close to airport, conveniently located, yet no noise. Provide airport pick up and drop at a price

Airport pick up: Booking.com confirmed the pick up and free of cost. Post booking, my credit card was declined so had to call the hotel. Then realized that booking.com’s response meant zilch 😊. I was asked to send them a mail request with flight details again( already provided while booking) and the ride will cost INR 630, not FoC. Further, on landing I was to call their number from airport and then only they send a pick up. So I had to wait for a while. Worse, I had to share the cab with another guest, yet the charge remain the same. You need to sort this mess up guys. On the other hand your arrangement of a car for me for the day to travel around blore and the airport drop off at 3 am were brilliant and dot on time.

Stay was excellent. Food was good. Rooms were comfortable. Location was perfect if u dnt have to go in the city. Close to airport. There was good breakfast restaurant, even Mcdonald was nereby.

The only thing bothered me they called for payment transfer on the day of check in as i was boarding a flight. if they had called one day before I would not have had any problems.

Staff is polite and professional. Special thank you to Pooja @the Reception, she helped me to order a taxi, even came out with me outside of the hotel to make sure everything is ok. She was kind and sincere, always with smile. My deepest gratitude. I'd definitely stay @Click hotel again.
